when im in et every 2 minutes i got switched to windows, my white win xhair appears in the middle of the screen, i cant move in et and even hear anything @ vent/ts if i dont click some of my mouse buttons... wtf is going on?

Umh, pretty weird prob.
Does it happen even if you don't press anything?
Is it always at same time or randomly?
Do you have some prog (like msn, firewall etc) that makes pop up windows or jumps to the top that could cause it?
Try set ET's affinity higher?
Does it make some error sound like the *beep* when there's some windows error or the *blimblom* when you plug in or out a usb device ?

no need to press anything, its a regular thing, no popups, no beeps ;[
edit: and it happens with any prog im using atm or any window in which im doing sth, all the things go like to background... need to click to switch it back..

Well, haven't really heard of anything like this before :S

I guess I'd try the usual re-installings, windows also if nothing else works
