After a great breakfast n some creatine n some magic pills its time to prepare. Going for new record in bench.
Did 140kg last time, now its time for 150kg.

well i started gym for 1 year ago was around 84kg now one year later i am around 103-104kg.
but i have been kinda serious :)
so i started when i was 19 , im 20 now
and im eating vitamin pills aswell ( otherwise im tired all day long =[ )

im eating like shit loads of calories every day now and il see what's going to change in like 6 months orso ( hope im going to get to 60 kg atleast soon )

Do you work towards anything or are you just one of those guys obsessed with THAT NEXT WEIGHT 'n love that there's mirrors everywhere?
And as you know i guess, next weight means higher weights wich also makes you grow ;)
How much do you eat a day when gaining weight ? When i played football(american) i used to eat 6000 calories a day but i still didnt gain much wait cuz we did so much training it just kept me my same size :x and im not a very big dude..
You have any picks of improvement so i can wack it to your dedication and motivation?

atm i am on 104kg, eating around 4300kcal everyday, but sometimes pretty much more.
made 1 on 140kg as record now.
did 3 on 130kg

a friend of mine does 180kg regularly.
in my old gym they got a lift tournament every year for who can lift the most but it end ups with some fat bodybuilder winning it everytime who must lift it like 2 cm cause his arms are short and his belly is huge xD but they do crazy weights there 300kg and more
