SD thingie

Oi, my nephue wanted this gift for xmas :

It's an usb stick where you can put a SD-card ( or a miniSD-card ) in. Then you can put this usb stick in e.g. a car and you can play music directly from that SD-card in the usb stick. Kinda plug & play. But the thing is, I can't find such a thingie :< I'd rly appreciate ur help.
