I just played a random Omaha tourney freeroll on UB (unibet)
1. He gets 50% of the total amount pot, and so do I.
But clearly, I have a better hand: AAA 88 vs 22 88 A
2. He gets 50% of the total amount pot, and so do I.
But clearly, I have a better hand: 56789 vs 45678
How can this be possible?
Cheers

nice fail!
the first guy got wheel and in the 2nd you are the one with low
highest cards win and lowest :P
so you can use AA for the highest possible hand
and 23 for the lowest possible hand :P
so 2 cards of your hand + 3 cards of the flop
e: this is what omaha makes so special :)
you have more possibilities to win
2. It was my first time I played this 'Omaha' so I guess it's rather normal that you don't know everything by heart from the first moment. I always play for the highest hand (like Texas Hold'em)
I think u have a prob if u don't realise it from the name and about the gameplay...
