Some dutch iceskater was going for world record + gold medal, but his coach told him to take the inner lane when he should take the outer one, which led to his disqualification.

It was a sad moment and it ruined the excitement of the evening. But maybe it's good character building for Kramer, sometimes he's a bit too cocky.
