#ET-Cup says "Goodbye"

My dream came true... In early September 2005, I worked hard and resolutely for something that was maybe not achievable.

The goal?l An ET-Cup with 16 of Europe's finest teams and I was well on the way to get them all.
To make things short; It was a good piece of craftsmanship but the cup was great and it was Germany 141 who immortalised themselves to the ET-Cup history books and became the first winners of this prestigeious event.

You know what happened within the last 2 or so years - the 1 man band grew to a crew of up to 9 people. We have done 30 Cups and I hope everyone, spectator-or playerwise, enjoyed at least one of those events.

Now the time has come to an end and unfortunately, I have to announce that it is time to say Goodbye...

But we dont wanna go quietly, far from it! We wanna say Goodbye with a big bang!

Thus we would appreciate it if you and your team are ready for one last shot at the title and become the final team to be crowned with the ET-Cup trophy.

Due to the fact that the EuroCup as well as the OpenCup are @ the Playoff stage, I hope you are all able to reserve one/two days a week for a Cupmatch!

nope - not before our new project is up (our 3 coders are talking about 3-6-12-24 months to finish it ;/...depends on their motivation and rlthings ;((()

never understand why people always say silly maps that just don't work, how many times have admins tried these types of maps and they just sucked for ETTV and to play.

well done SPU9.. :) u made a great job @ cup stuff ..et community should be proud of u and ur cup admins around..
Actually i played in a lot of this cups and was really enjoyable! Unfortunately i wont play @ this cup bcoz of university but i really hope that it will be another success.

Goodbye, maybe in other game!

anytime ovs played (any of ovs teams) et-cup, we got the winner or some rly stong team as oppenent in the beginning of the cup, so i dont like etcup. gl still, im sure u worked a lot with this cup, just like before. nice organisation!

The first cup was so awesome to play in, organisation was great top opponents I dunno if people still remember 141 vs Marauders on supplydepot (7 minute time set by Marauders beatean by a 6:15 time or so) and radar was a 15 second win or something like that was a really exciting game.
