This is the last cup with the chance to earn one Top 4 seed for your team in the international qualifier for the ESL Major Series.

Loser's choice: The loser of the first map will decide the second map, the looser of the second map will decide the third and final map.
IRC channel: The official channel to find your opponent is #esl.et n Quakenet. Make sure you are in the channel before 18.00 CET for the recent news and to find your opponent immediately.
Mappool: Supply, SW Goldrush TE, Adlernest, Bremen and Radar.
Config: You can use the European, ET-Cup or any other related competition config out there, the only important thing is: The mobile MG is not allowed and will result in a forfeit loss.

It's a decent banner for its purpose. I wouldn't spend 5 hours making a banner for a 1 night cup either.
Btw, if we're talking art critics, lets take a look at yours.
- Your choice of font is retarded - Looks like you've tried to use a pixel font but failed in the process because you used it at a bigger size than it's supposed to.
- All you done was add some shitty c4d render, Layer styles -> drop shadow (distance 0 ), blurred the fuck out of it.. and added a stock photo - I bet you didn't do anything to that stock.

I don't think either ESL nor CB is perfect, however the system on RTCW.no/WL.com was great and easy to figure out; but then again that was more specific towards few games.
