second: only ettv admins can provide/set the replays and well, thats the reason, why its only requestable for non-admins (normal users like you) via GTV

Hm, no idea actually.
I think I won't like Brink at all, with all this jumping/cover/automatic movement (atleast that's how it looks in the trailers) and all other new releases were utter shit as well. Most games are just simple 1:1 copies from consoles with really bad input for the PC versions, such as Wolfenstein (cough). Also they are moving away from the really skillfull aiming/movement stuff, such as Quake, RtCW, CS etc, towards casual gaming (like Guitar Hero competitions or whatever).

Unless there's something really good coming out with lots of teamplay, thinking and a somewhat skillbased aiming part, I honestly doubt I'll try something new. I also don't enjoy playing every evening that much anymore than I did a few years ago. If there weren't all the nice guys I met online and in real life at LANs, I guess I would have quit completely already.

i actually dont get why no gamedeveloper starts a project for guys like us again..
certainly we re a small amount of guys and it wont make any profit but releasing one game after each other which a whole lot of guys buy and play it for a month and then deinstall aint the right way as well.
i ll put my hopes into those rumors, saying that there will probably be an ETlive in the future..

but else my gaming part will decrease to playing some fungame to waste some time and nothing more.
