Adroits ET Masters update

Hey folks, just a quick update to put you in the picture in regards to the upcoming Adroits ET Masters event in June.
Since the announcement last month, we've been finalising all the last bits in order for us to open the signups to teams and allow payments to be made. The main 2 details we were working on were the hotel discount and the computer rental. I'm happy to say that Hart van Weesp have agreed the discount with us which allows each of you to save 5% on your room bookings with that hotel. As for the computer rental, I'm sad to say the news isn't as positive.
For all of our events thus far, we've worked with Azerty.nl which is one of the largest online PC shops in the Benelux region. We've been chasing them almost daily over the last month and have finally received a response today in regards to their PCs. They had 24 stations available to us, but have since sold 12 of those and decommissioned the other 12. The reasons for doing so have not been disclosed to us.
Please be assured that we're doing our absolute best to make sure we can get enough PCs for the tournament to run successfully. We do not want to ask people to sign up and pay for the tournament until we know that we have the resources to run the tournament for you.
We'll make sure to keep you up to date on developments for this LAN event, and apologise again for the delay in the registration period opening. We hope you understand.

azerty is near my house, only 5 minutes, I can talk with them if you want? =)
If someone drives there from West Germany and picks me up, I'd be willing to provide a PC for the event.
In the worst case you could also ask some Dutchies if they are up for this.
On a last note I can suggest tones.be This is not a supplier but a computerstore with three settlements. Advantage is that once the computers have been used they can actually be sould by the company at some discount rate which would give them the benefits of sponsoring without loosing 100% of their money invested. Just an idea ;)
I still think that if the event was held in July it would be more successful? Alot of players are busy doing exams/studying/school/etc in June... And you would have an extra month to arrange everything.
Personally if you can, id move the event to sometime in July if you want it too succeed.
