Crossfire Launches Second Event!

image: CFwww.Crossfire.nu has partnered with Wzzrd gaming café's to produce the second installment of the Crossfire LAN series. After the successful Crossfire PrizeFight Challenge in Rotterdam during September, this community has been itching to get back on LAN and into the groove.

Crossfire is proud to collaborate with Wzzrd, the home of Dutch gaming, and be the first event to be staged at their soon to be opened brand new gaming center in the Netherlands (exact location information to follow). The event will run from Friday 16th of February through to Sunday February the 18th of 2007 and will feature the following tournaments: Call of Duty 2 - 5 versus 5 (16 teams), Wolfenstein Enemy Territory - 6 versus 6 (12 teams) and Return to Castle Wolfenstein 6 versus 6 Invitational.

Sign ups for the tournament will open during November, and qualifiers will take place in December. Stay tuned for more information in the upcoming weeks. The tournament prize pot will be in excess of 6,000 Euros.

However I fail to see PrizeFight being mentioned, except when referring to the first event. Does this mean it's an alternatively sponsored LAN instead of a PrizeFight Challenge?

Lol, hetzelfde kan ik zeggen voor Rotterdam. 17de eeuw, dat is allleen nog wat in de stad, maar het word zeker steeds beter en vooral voor jongeren. Waarom niet in Amsterdam, als je dat het beste kunt bereiken. :)

Het valt natuurlijk weer precies tijdens de week dat ik op wintersport wou.

Ik kan ook net zo makkelijk een week eerder op wintersport gaan dus ik wacht de locatie maar eerst af. Als het in Amsterdam is ga ik waarschijnlijk wel een week eerder op wintersport.
