ETmasters: Tuesday madness

A trilling night it is with the upcoming matches today. You better be having your popcorn popping when its about to start. First two games will be between Anonymous S. N. Battalion vs Europe H2k Gaming and Finland MASCULINE MANS vs United Kingdom versatile. Both Anonymous S. N. Battalion and Europe H2k Gaming are potential winners in this cup, only time can tell which one deserves it more. Finland MASCULINE MANS being the only full finnish team atm, can they deliver it for their nation or will United Kingdom versatile put a stop on it? You can see it for yourself on Gamestv.

United Kingdom hentai: We've beaten h2k before but they were missing their rifle and we don't really prac as much anymore with NC killing our available days down. Then again, we've improved a lot recently. I think it'll depend on the maps, but we should win 4:0 or 4:2 if meez doesn't fuck up. I'd suggest watching Rk, i've got a feeling he'll be on fya tonight.

Austria potter: well to be honest i cant really say who is going to win tonight. we are praccing almost everytime with a diffrent lineup. luckily gifty is here today and we can finally play with a normal lineup. snb has a strong lineup and it will be hard for us but we try everything to win this time

CB NC XII Overview

image: ncxiiblackbig2rv0

One month ago the image: cbico ClanBase NationsCup XII began. Following these four weeks of intense matches full of action, we’re now down to the all important battle for the playoffs, the candidates – the likes of Germany Germany and Belgium Belgium. But there's still everything to play for!

The Group Stage offered us many surprises, like Czech Republic Czech Republic having a streak of 4 wins in a row and thereby currently leading Group B. Or Spain Spain, currently 2nd place in Group A having only lost against the tournament favourites Poland Poland.
Regrettably, we’ve also had some disappointing teams this Season in the same way we have surprises. Having yet to win any map, Austria Austria and Hungary Hungary will have to battle hard to avoid the so called 'Wodden Spoon Award'. Being the overall most outsiding team Romania Romania is fulfilling the list.

ETmasters: TAG vs Cortana

image: header2

Tonights game between Europe TAG and Croatia Cortana are about to take off. Looking back at their previous results against each other, Croatia Cortana won twice with 4 – 0, 4 – 2 and Europe TAG ones with 4 – 0. Is it Europe TAG’s turn to take the victory this time? With the new players edain, krein and euruz in TAG, Cortana might be in for a tough challenge. Can Europe TAG pull it off without Belgium overdrives level 4 mining skills and the absence of Netherlands Hope for tonights game or will cortana go for strike 3!? Tune in Gamestv for the fight!

Croatia frozz: they have the most stupid style of playing, so we gonna lose

Netherlands Lightning: Will try our best to make it an interesting game, the game comes kinda early for us but will make the best out of it. And were hoping on a good connection day from Hope. I think it will be a draw.

Crunch Time! ClanBase NationsCup

Group B goes down to the wire tonight in this the penultimate match week of the group stages. Following the United Kingdom's surprise victory over Finland last night they've thrown open the gates on any sense of normality and left all three qualifying places up for grabs. The big four have been decided, but who will be the unlucky loser that just misses out?

Group B has been the shining beacon of this seasons ClanBase NationsCup. It was billed in the tournament preamble "group of death", and has lived up to that billing spectacularly. To date both of the group favourites, Finland and Netherlands, have lost at least one match. The only team to as yet have a perfect record in the competition being tonights competitors and perhaps new group favourites, Czech Republic.

The Czech's have impressed this time round, performing heroics in overcoming initially the dogmatic Brits, and more impressively, taking down the Dutch. They've played three won three and currently sit top of Group B - though strangely, as yet not guaranteed a playoff spot!

It's tonights challengers that could throw this group on its head once more. Should they replicate their impressive performance against the UK on Delivery, they can at the very least force a decider. What this decider will be will surely determine not just the fate of these two teams, but of the group as a whole.

One thing can be certain, tonights winners will guarantee their place in the latter stages. Tune in from 22:00 CET!

Not satisfied with only offering that great tie, GamesTV and ClanBase have again teamed up to showcase two other great matches as a warmup to the match of the night. Starting from 21:00 it's up to you the viewer to chose your poison and catch one of either Germany or Estonia in match week four of this NC.

Estonia have so far played two, won one lost one - and tonight will endeavor to climb into the all important third place qualifying position in the group, which a win tonight will ensure. Hungary have struggled to date this season, failing as yet to take a map, let alone a match and so will not fancy their chances against the old giants of Enemy Territory.

Dignitas vs ButtonBashers on QuadV

UKeSA Premier League - United Kingdom Dignitas vs Netherlands ButtonBashers - Thursday 5th March 20:00 GMT

This Thursday sees the clash of the titans as the two top teams according to Cadred Rankings United Kingdom Dignitas and Netherlands ButtonBashers meet for the first time in the UKeSA Premier League.

They met recently in the EMS III Grand Final with Netherlands ButtonBashers picking up the first map on Crossfire but failing to secure the win as Winner Bracket finalists United Kingdom Dignitas destroyed them on Strike to take victory. United Kingdom Dignitas then went on the next weekend to pick up more glory in the EPS UK Finals where they ran away clear winners over United Kingdom Infused taking home more cash and glory.

So with United Kingdom Dignitas coming into the match the favourites the question remains who will be the better team on Backlot? Neither have particularly great records on the map so it really is open for debate on Thursday Night.

You can catch all the action right here on QuadV TV3 with Deman at 20:00 GMT.

Crossfire Prediction League Launched

Welcome to the first Crossfire Prediction League! It's long been tradition for members and players to predict the evening’s matches. So we thought, why not spice up the predictions and offer a competitive nature?! With that goal, the Crossfire Prediction League was born. The Crossfire Prediction League will allow members to compete amongst themselves over the period of a competition to show they've the best knowledge of the scene!

What is this?

A simple league of predictions garnered through the comments made in the news on Crossfire. A weekly table will be updated and published each Monday showing the winners & the losers of that week. At the end of the selected competition, the totals will be tallied and the winners announced.

How do I enter?

It's simple! Just add a comment in the relevant news for that days matches of the ClanBase NationsCup & that's your prediction made. The cut off date for predictions will be the scheduled start time, and predictions made after this point will be void. There's no correct format to enter, but clarity helps! (i.e. GamesTV 6 4 Crossfire)

How does it work?

It's simple! Each correct prediction will be awarded a score and entered into the league. Each correct score prediction earns 3 points (i.e. Crossfire 8 6 GamesTV) and each correct winner earns 1 point (i.e. GamesTV > Crossfire). At the end of the competition the points will be collated and the winners announced! Make sure you get your prediction in for each & every match!

What if I change my nick?

It’s simple! Just contact the CPL admin and your nickname will be changed on the database.

How is this different to GBooky?

Discretely! There’s very little difference ["cheap immitation"] other than this allows users to bet on an individual match score and offers an end game. Everyone loves to gamble, play both!

What can I win?

Everyone loves to be top dog, and they love it even more when there’s something on offer. But as this is a brief trial period we're still working on a suitable prize. Dependent on the success of the competition, we aim to be back bigger and better for future events and with a sponsor onboard!

When does it start?

From Monday 02 March 2009 and all ClanBase NationsCup matches thereafter.

That’s the blurb done with. Get out there, get watching and get predicting!
