GamesTV has prepared another ETTV day for viewers. On 1st of March numerous of clanwars can appear on your gbooky profiles. Many clans will cross their guns to take the glory of winners. I've skipped small beers and have chosen the games could be worth watching considering the fact that EuroCup XIX is on it's way. So, what games could be the most eye-catching?

Update: OVERLoad wildcarded - folded!
Tonight an impact on the dutchies! Seeing the dutchies haven't pracced at all lately and Impact.gaming not being satisfied with their performance after their break, this could go both ways. Will Impact grind to victory or will they get OVERLoad’ed with resistants. find out for yourself by tuning in gamestv and have fun watching.
Domi:
Well since we havent really pracced much lately and had problems with getting a full lineup again, i dont know how well we do. only time will tell ;D
toxiccccc`i:
As bullshit/public relations manager, I don't know what to say about this match. We haven't put 100% or anywhere near it in our praccing yet so we are still very rusty from the Xmax break, whereas overload hadn't stopped, but have just changed 2 players. I say its going to be a clumsy game. Hopefully naga can fit in well as well.

Forget Liverpool, forget Real Madrid, forget Chelsea and forget Juventus – Group C is hotting up and tonight we’ve a cracker. Hungarian might versus Belgian brawn, David versus Goliath, this match should be worth the wait.
Group C has been somewhat wrongly overlooked of late, mainly thanks to the riotous action over in Group B, and the complete capitulation of the Dutch team. But it's no less interesting.
Flying the flag for Asian Enemy Territory, Japan surprisingly currently sit top of the group, having played three won two, their first and only loss being at the hands of tonight’s contender, Belgium.
Belgium are the only team in Group C to have retained a 100% winning record, joining the ranks alongside just two other nations in the competition; Poland and Germany, granted, having played just one match, but an impressive match it was. They overturned the giant killing Japanese and placed themselves in pole position as group favourites. Their opponents tonight have had a less successful start to the campaign, losing their first and only match to the Switzerland team (Canada controversy aside) – and it only gets tougher from there. They’ve a monumental task ahead to avoid the unenviable title of wooden spoon award, having yet to win a map.
The map selection of Battery should offer some hope to Hungary, assuming they've put in the hours practice - though it'll take more than hope to avoid a whitewash tonight. Especially considering the second map of Supply, a map that rarely goes to the underdog and one which you'd expect Belgium to be strong on.
It’s ClanBase NationsCup, it’s Group C, it’s Enemy Territory – where will you be [cuser]?

Crossfire Challenge 6 *UPDATE*

The Crossfire Challenge 6 is upon us! As previously announced the event is taking place in the WZZRD Gaming Cafe in Enschede on May 1st to May 3rd. The long awaited prize announcement is now upon us!
The ET tournament will get a €5000 prizepurse as it did last time with a €45 entry fee. The Call of Duty tournament will be a CoD2 triggered tournament, this (as has already been known) means that CoD teams simply pay via paypal and then if the magic number of 16 teams isn't reached then the tournament wont go ahead and everyone gets their money back. 5 teams have currently signed up for this with 2 others showing interest. There will not be a CoD4 tournament due to the low turnout at the last event and the clash with LAN79, which is also running CoD4.
I'm very glad to announce that YCN-Hosting will be coming on board as title sponsor for the event. Starzi & EYJohn were both admins at the last event and decided to ramp up YCN's involvement with the event and we're very glad to have not only their support but support from two people who have grown to become integral within the ET Community over the past year.
Payments! This is still not quite ready as I search for a more efficient method of doing this, however the payment option will open on March 1st and run for 2 weeks to March 15th, in this period anyone wish to attend will have to signup and payment their entrance fee so start getting yourself ready.
You can book your accomodation through WZZRD again so be sure to log on to WZZRD.nl.
Last event we ran a 3on3 tournament on the Sunday for those that had been knocked out, it was a great success and this time we're thinking about either 3on3 or RTCW your feedback would be greatly appreciated! We're expecting to be able to give teams more game time than at CC5 also. We will also ensure that all ET matches are played on the same monitor as requested post CC5.
Update - Due to a large volume of requests from the CoD community, we will also offer a triggered CoD4 tournament. This is exactly the same as the CoD2 tournament, you pay via paypal to [email protected] making sure to make it optional to accept the payment (i.e. I can click refund instantly if its cancelled at no cost) and the entrance fee will be turned around into prizemoney. So if 16 teams signup there'd be a 4000 Euro tournament. And yes we'd find a way for teams to play in both tourneys
Quake Live Open Beta Today

Quake Live is opening its doors to all for the next phase of its beta testing, starting today. Quake Live is a specially adapted version of the legendary multiplayer game Quake 3: Arena, streamlined to make it playable in a web browser window, even on a low-end PC. It’s free too, so anyone can play – even while you’re at work… at least until five seconds after your network admin finds out.
id Software, the brains behind the seminal Doom, Quake and Wolfenstein series, hopes that Quake Live’s free-to-play model will earn its keep via unintrusive advertising around the game, instead of the subscription / micro-transaction model used by other titles. The fact that it can run in a browser, should give it an immediate advantage for getting new players on board, because no new software is required at all.
Today’s launch of the open beta concludes the closed beta stage – all player statistics from the closed beta are going to be wiped. But for stat junkies, be aware that this is the last time id plans on doing a total wipe – you’ll have to stick it through the open beta phase if you want to be on top when the final version is made ready.
If you want to sign up, join in the hype and find out further info, go and check out the official website and the Facebook page. Anyone who wants to enter the open beta will be able to sign up later on today.

dESIRE will come up against the top seed ButtonBashers to see who will take the early lead in their group. ButtonBashers are hot favourites for this one but with only recently adding lettu to their lineup their could be an upset on the cards as they adjust to the change. Oasis / Radar will be the maps for this game.
Clown:
Will be interesting to see how we do on our first official after the break we took, and picking up a new player. I guess we will see a pretty close game because i think we arent yet at our full strength. Looking forward to this match.
Bruceh:
To be honest i don't think we have any chance to win over bb. They are strong, we havent pracc a lot since duKe_ have to play with team germany.

Mamut will face up to GzCon and on any normal day you would assume a win would be simple for Mamut but tonight they have a yet unanounced 6th standing in for Jakazc so lets see how that affects them.
Urtier:
It's going to be an extremely close game, we don't really know how good our opponent is and with Jaka not being here we are definately a lot weaker.
saken:
I think it's clear that we are the underdogs in tonight's game and perhaps even in Group B as a whole. Nevertheless we will be trying to show what we're worth and I hope we can bring you an interesting game today. We've been doing pretty well in practice games, I just hope that we play the same in tonight's game. I think the game can go either way so I'm expecting a 4-2, don't know for who.

Last but not least its 8Bits vs diversus in what i think could be one of the closest games of the evening. For me this will be 4-2 with 8Bits just taking it but tune in to find out.
jere:
We have won one prac this far, so we are very confident! We aren't underestimating them, because they have really nice players. GL hf to all, hoping to see a nice match.
wodzian:
We haven't won a single pracc since we started playing together. Some additional info: the list of the teams we have beaten so far:....

Beat off the Monday blues this evening and settle back to another treat thanks to the kind people of GamesTV. You’ve a total of twelve matches to pick from, allowing the addict to spend his entire evening watching nothing but ETTV! But for the less dedicated, here’s the pick of the day.
To kick off the evenings action you’ve a tough choice, pleasing the lovers of both formats of the ETTV watching public. You could enjoy the delights of mamut versus disposable in the EU Winners Bracket of the ETPro league, in what the GamesTV betting public consider a white wash for mamut. With Reload, Night and Drago representing mamut it’ll be a match worth watching. “It’s going to be epic?”

Starting just thirty minutes later it’s crunch time in Group B of the ClanBase Nationscup. A win tonight for either team keeps the and the action tense. Tune in from 21:30 CET!

Closing off the evening sees the Crossfire populous cheer on the Dutch in the clash of the night. It’s the Netherlands and Austria.
