The first match week of Nation Cup has started. It’s running from Sunday 22 January till the Sunday 29 January. Yesterday we started off with the first game, Hungary versus Germany as promised I will give you a fully written review that you can find below. This post will contain pretty much everything you need to know about the first match week and I will keep it up to date. To make sure you won’t miss anything I will put a version number behind the title.

Tonight CB NationsCup XV kicks off for two teams from Group B. Team Poland & Team Austria are going to face each other in their first games, in which Poland seems to be clear favourite. However with some new faces introduced and lack of such powerhouses as kot or wiesiek there might be more to this game than you think.

Tonight the first match of ClanBase Nation Cup XV will be played. It will feature one of the favorites ,Team Germany. They are going to play against Team Hungary. I made this news last minutes so it doesn't contain that much but expect a full review of the game tomorrow for the people that can't see it tonight.

The maps Supply and Bremen_b3 are forced and will be played.

After a SOPA overload in the past few weeks, it seems that there have been a series of mini-victories in a war that is still ongoing. US Congress shelved SOPA due to the huge public opposition and lack of support from US President Barack Obama - however, Congress has continued to try and push similar bills through. ACTA is the latest in the seemingly growing list of bills aimed at censoring the internet. The supposed threat of ACTA has been debated, with certain sources claiming that the bill is much stricter, more outrageous and frankly, far worse. Do your bit, read up on it and sign petitions.

Major League Gaming announced the first details of the upcoming 2012 Pro Circuit. There are some major changes to the scheduling, but as a casual viewer you probably won't notice much has changed. In short, they have moved away from their previous format and will now be running a new championship each season - starting with the Winter 2012 season on January 31st. StarCraft II will remain as the flagship competition for the upcoming year. Full details can be found on the MLG site.

Having in my mind fact that in past years, at the beginning of each year there were cups like Allstars Poland, which attracted many people, not only from Poland. After few talks I decided to create a tournament for all polish players!
It will not be another Allstars event. I am going to try to do something similar to Crossfire Draft Tournament.

If you have signed yourself and your team upto the website it is very simple to declare your interest - just follow the link below and you will secure your place. A Small change to the tournament sees it being played on a Monday, this is due to ESL game date conflict, we hope this will be better for teams who wish to play in both.

It's already 3 years ago that Rhand organised the last BeNe-cup. Cause he doesn't play ET anymore and couldn't find the motivation to organise it once again I decided to take it over from him. I hope that there will be enough sign-ups to fill all the 17 provinces in (dutch speaking) Belgium and Netherlands.

There are a few requirements to participate in this cup: You need to live in the Netherlands or in the dutch speaking part of Belgium.

After a hell of a week, with the help and advices of t4MjEE - PiyoniR - FoaMeA - tHONY from Team Brazil - RazZaH from Turkey to complete the 32 teams and the entire community, we are finally ready to publish the groups. We have tried to make them as fair as possible with the information - LU and previous results available - here they are.
