depends in how you train, if in day 1 i work on legs then there is no problem that in day 2 i will work on arms :>
a whole life is more than just body building. mind and brains needs also rest same like muscales.
dont be a noob, the program is perfect for me, and i get alot of rest although its 7 days a week so shu !
every day you work on a different muscle group so the group before get 48 hours of rest
now go read some books about it !

If you really train like that without roids, in around 2 months your body will be so exhausted that you cant walk to toilet by youself :D

and for the commando program lol, when i ask my friend how to train he told me "just train till you fucking faint" xD
And youre friend is absolutely right, no pain no gain
when you go to the gym and work out the muscles come pretty much with by it self as long as you sleep and eat well.
and u can pretty much train every day as you say, you rest atleast the muscles for 48 hours before work them out again,
I used to train each day aswell. but it do accure alot of injures both mentaly and fysical, and i had to stay away for 2.5 month and now i'm back training 4-5 days a week :)
so i say GL for you mate,
Rom wasen't built on a day. it took alot of years. so beleive me if u train hard 7 times a week. as you are suppose to. you will get injuried if you are unlucky. but i wish you the best mate
i said that the ppl who made this training are ppl with lots of experience, and they built it for me, to suit me

I mean the footbal season is over atm so need to train in Gym then but i think ill stick with the gym from now on and do the soccer practise with it;)!

Fatloss requiers a negative calorie balance. Building muscle requiers a postive calore balance.
You can see professional body builders and "experts" talking about crap like "workout for inner pecs" or "higher biceps peak-workout"

I used to lift weights because of lifting weights, now I just lift to improve my conditioning. And crossfit is the way to go.

1st day - exercising with my own weight + running / bike riding
2nd day - working out with weights
...
However over the summer I'm forced to home training.
Every second day I do one leg squats, one arm armpress, chins, dips and crunches.
*Btw lots of talk about running and such... the complete opposite of bb, why?

I'm getting back to doing cumberland wrestling this summer and I'm putting on a bit of weight at the moment (weigh close to 15 stone - I'm like 5'10 - 6 foot). It's one of the only exercises which tires me out, along with competitive cross country.
I walk everywhere and use an EMS machine when I know I'm going to be on the computer for more than a few hours.My diet is fucking horrible at the moment and really needs changing.
im sure you wouldnt find it easy if you tried doing 10kg more than your limit :P
Then I lost my motivation.
on my side i prefer the swimming pool for chicks instead of the gym. dunno why wet chicks > sweaty smelly chicks.
i always say that i want to go to the gym but i am too lazy
anyway, it seems that it helps cause I got a friend doing it and he improves rather quickly in comparison to me.
not saying it depends entirely on your lower body but it has something to do with it for sure, just speeding up the process imo
But yes its also good to have a strong lower body in bench press and such.
