You need to: train, eat, rest/sleep and stretch... can't see any days when your muscales are able to recover. even ppl who has same hobby and work needs rest.. if you like to train 7days in a week, then atleast dont make too hard programs.. you maybe get a feeling like "omg i m recovered coz any muscale isn't hurting" it's still false.. too hard and too much trainning aint good.. it only makes you broke your muscles and after you become exhausted you will start to do things wrong = more broken muscles ..remember that.. been there, done that

If you really train like that without roids, in around 2 months your body will be so exhausted that you cant walk to toilet by youself :D

what he does is training a particular muscle, for example day 1 is for aerobic and stomach, day 2 for back, day 3 for legs etc

75 procent of the training is the eating and sleeping,
when you go to the gym and work out the muscles come pretty much with by it self as long as you sleep and eat well.
and u can pretty much train every day as you say, you rest atleast the muscles for 48 hours before work them out again,
I used to train each day aswell. but it do accure alot of injures both mentaly and fysical, and i had to stay away for 2.5 month and now i'm back training 4-5 days a week :)

Half a year aint nothing.. thats the time it takes to actually build the muscles you are supposed to build, i've been going to gym for 1.5 year regualry now. and started to gym 3 years ago.

Rom wasen't built on a day. it took alot of years. so beleive me if u train hard 7 times a week. as you are suppose to. you will get injuried if you are unlucky. but i wish you the best mate

Israel body building champ must be pretty weak or steroid monster with a short lifespan. You get results faster if you rest sometimes too. Also if someone wants to get big muscles that hard to train non stop, he must be either very ugly, short, stick, or have super small penis. Though I'd prefer a BMW to fix those probs.

Well, I am not bodybuilder, but I run regularly. 3-4 times per week, and in summer I ride bicycle also. Then I do some weight lifting, but it very subtle I don't eat no shit additives that most wnb bodybuilders too. I eat 3-4 times per day, seems to keep me in good shape.
I don't see anything wrong in additives, just contains lots of vitamins , proteins and most of them even has a great taste

I don't really see the value - far too expensive. I walk/jog everywhere anyway, so it's not like I'm unfit (hell - I'd take the stairs instead of the lift here if I could, and I'm on the 23rd floor). I guess a little strength training wouldn't hurt, but it'd be more cost effective to do simple exercises at home for that.

very rarely. doing some exercises at home though and running 2-3 times/week a bit.
I used to when I was in high school and college, then I did martial arts and swimming last year. I don't find it partially hard work or tiring (the gym), no matter how much I push myself, so it seems a waste of money.

I'm getting back to doing cumberland wrestling this summer and I'm putting on a bit of weight at the moment (weigh close to 15 stone - I'm like 5'10 - 6 foot). It's one of the only exercises which tires me out, along with competitive cross country.

I walk everywhere and use an EMS machine when I know I'm going to be on the computer for more than a few hours.My diet is fucking horrible at the moment and really needs changing.

For 3 years now, 2 years active. Max penchpress 130kilos atm, own weight 77kg. Going to attend some 75kg-series competition some year, if interested. Gained 20 kilos in 3 years by eating and training. Which is nice :)

Trainers at my gym say that, when you've got a decent lower body with developed muscles, you will be able to take more weights, because you're just feeling more steady.
anyway, it seems that it helps cause I got a friend doing it and he improves rather quickly in comparison to me.
not saying it depends entirely on your lower body but it has something to do with it for sure, just speeding up the process imo

Im not all to familiar with the correct words, even less in english but the simple awnser to why its good to train your legs is that they are so big. By activating those huge muscles you also stimulate the upper body to rebuild its muscles. Its not all to much but still another reason to also work the legs in the gym.

But yes its also good to have a strong lower body in bench press and such.
