They try to predict where the opponent is aiming and try to move as dodgy as possible. But they don't make a jump every side constantly when dodging.
My point being, tracking these targets is different than tracking a player in ET.

In my opinion if you have to cheat in so silly games you are most likely cheating in others games also , and should be banned from all server like i dont know who is
78.1.24.186 this ip ... but if someone has 140 score and ACC = 0 % , I guess it's not skill :D
