ClanBase Ban Methods
As far as my english allows me, i will try to explain an ironic event on CB few days ago.
I was at TS when one clanmate joined in it, and he told me that he had been banned(on friday) due to a 2v2 match demos against other clan. Link: (url) [clanbase.ggl.com]
The other clan whined coz of the loss, and admins received the demos of both teams(that was in April btw). Now, and coinciding with recent Sh33p cheat BAN, my mate continue banned.
I don't know if he is banned for demo proofs, or if is banned due to Sh33p story ( http://www.crossfire.nu/?x=forum&mode=item&id=16765#comment488649 ), but the truth is that my mate doesn't cheat.
CB says the opposite, and they are based on match demos. So i have created this column to let you say if you really think that demo shows any proof of cheating. Btw here are some links.

Yes, a kid on CB staff can easy ban everyone and then make joke about it, like if nothing happened.
Btw i already sent demos to some players like Fasolka, Winghaven, Bulld0g and others, and they think there is no cheat. Only the admin see hax? I'm sure there is a way to find a solution, coz this ban is kinda suspect, more than demo :)
I wait for your comments about demos and thanks all ;) Please be serious with that stuff, I really need your help to make CB unban him and show how tard can be an admin(not necessary CB, also retardeds on other websites).

3) he was always proud to post in italian comunity forum pictures from his hack with explanation about its features and stuff (like: click on hax,point wET etc)

That was caused by a shared rtcwkey. Kriminal bought first time a rtcw key, and in a few days he sent it to 4 or 5 italian friends, included H3ll. That's why that key has many many many ips(locations). I think tihs is not hax, only multi-players with same key. Anyway i dont know nothing about rtcw, never played. But that can't be hax, only shared key.

Failed. H3ll had two accounts, ET account(hell2008) and rtcw account. The rtcw account was created by kriminal, but he gave it to H3ll. So is not faking. Is the same case as rtcwkey. All these things are told by H3ll to me(yesterday) because i told him to say me all real story(since 2003 :S).

h3ll never played et in any clan , he never liked it and barely played it with his ztp mates and he didnt even post anything in the italian community in the thread about his ban since he is not been seen around for a while

He doesnt cheat, tbh only 1 suspect action on supply attack, not sufficient to ban him, but you haven't seen demo so ... ? plz see demo and then talk :(

If they have posted their übercool hax on some forum, been kicked by punkbuster or spoofing someone THAT should be the evidence, not some retard demo

i rly doubt CB´s reasons r found in this demo, idd i´d say pretty strange shooting including some bullets for the wall (but short before a selfkill!!!) but to treat it as a proof, is childish²

even though the .avi was already kinda obvious i would still watch the demo before deciding, which i didn't.
but since this guy got several pbbans anyway the ban should be fine.

You can see the crosshair being stuck on the opponent everytime, looks like a locking on bot or something x)
Given his movement and no reflex aim, and gamesense 0.001 does not compute with his perfect tracking and hs.
I'd say this is a clear aimbot, but no wallhack.
Even when only playing public you should have basic strafing movement and gamesense.
I still say that if he did become good on publics, his movement, reflexes and gamesense would be a lot better if it would rivals his awesome tracking and aiming skills.
Btw there nice admins in Cb nowadays. We should not blame CB because of 3 or 4 kiddies.
