tried that couldnt get perfect 180 and when i moved position kept changing -.-

there is none, it prolly used very lowfps but since fps is forced to high values, u cant use those anymore.

It actually does.

When you use the 180 script there is absolutely no spread while shooting.
If you turn 180 with your mouse you will have a spread of shooting for about ~3 secons (spread = accuracy of shooting)

If he doesn't want 180 script -> clanbase config
If he wants 180 script -> not a cb config

not the sole reason people use a 180 script though is it? chances of that kind of situation coming up where it will benefit the user are pretty low and its a bollocks reason to disable them

Well i usually used it whenever i heard someone coming from behind me or shooting from behind me ^^ but that was when i used lowsense. Now i try to use high sense :D

generally i use it more just for ease of getting around the map, falling down the stairs on supply depot etc

but nothing stops the high sens players using the script for the "advantage" so its not unfair, so why disable it?
