Actually the reason I raised it was precisely because they had it for more than Dignitas/mythology did. I count Dignitas/idle and u96d as the same team, so perhaps I misread your team listings. aMenti were a dominant force just as much as Parodia were, and for longer than Parodia. They won several LANs and online cups over the course of several years.
It's not a consensus I agree with. None of those three are sure to be in my top 3, and the only one really likely to be is Night. But, as popular consensus goes, here's a rough tally of the top choices from the replies so far:
