RTCW: fixed rekruutting

fixed recruiting 1-2 players for incoming xmascup.

you:
+ only atm
+ mature or under 7yrs old
+ no whine, my whine is enough already
+ no raging, jonzi's rage is enough already
+ able to speak a bit on comms
+ past experience of playing with us is a huge plus
+ able to play 1-2 times a week @ 22oo
+ skill/class etc doesnt matter, team lapland olden&sirkka will handle docs and frags so np.
