O/S: okko Exploitation ?

if you got vista: windows key + R or START and the RUN, type services.msc and press ok. then find PnkBstrA and PnKstrB set on AUTOMATIC and STARTED

if not try pbsetup and reinstall pb

search for "PnkBstr" on your pc, stop the PnkBstrA Prozess on taskmanager, delete all founded files and start this tool then: http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe
reboot and it should work.
