clearly what happened was that he dropped the mouse from the mousepad when he was turning to gib the guy (reflex fling). as he lifted his mouse back to the mousepad he had shot those 7 bullets. its because of the excitement (or steroids) you by instinct hold your shoot button down (jippiaijei motherfuckers -syndrom). as he recovers the situation which was challenging in the game and in real life simultaneously he carries on like nothing happened because you know what, heroes always survive to fight another day.
I dont see any cheats there. Just preshooting to place where enemy usually camps + he could hear the enemy shooting and guessed there's prolly axis there.
