problem with awaiting connection

Hello cf!

I got problem about connecting on ET servers with two PSs.
I can connect only with one, second is "awaiting connection".
But I can connect on jaymod, and second PC can connect to etpro. Cant together to same mod :(
We are using cable.
Router is D-Link wireless g router dir-300. We reseted routers settings, but still same s***.
We got stable Ip address.

any ideas?
This thing is happening after some virus on second PC, but we did format, no more virus, and still same problem.

Give some advices! (normal advices)
