its not about timing :p its the thing if you understand the rhytmn. the only thing what he watches from the screen is how many times he has to hit yellow button etc.. he knows how fast to keep hitting those buttons cause he obviously has the almost perfect understanding of rhytmn :P and I bet he plays drums in real life..
