Looking for 5v5LoL Team (gold-diamond)

hey guise I'm looking for a LoL team that is willing to adopt me into their team.

I prefer to play mid or jungle. I'm looking for a gold - diamond team (close to gold is also ok) because I want those sweet rewards. Sadly I won't be able to get those in soloq because I always get matched with idiots that don't know how to play so a team that knows how to play would be great. I personally rank myself around higher silver, with a little practice maybe even gold.

I never get good ganks and no one calls ss in my league.. its impossible to get out there.. and I really do not have the time to make a new account and powerlevel that shit to 30...

well im diamond and no one calls ss here too coz we have fucking smart ping and even if they use it they use it when laner is already ganking somewhere else so no thats must not be the reason why u cant improve.

i need to know when is good time to kill the dragoon or when good is to kill baron nashor

or when is good time to make push in bot lane or what do when everylane is pushed and i am jungle

push bot tower, ask ur top laner to come come / has tp available
enemy jungler is on top, ur jungler, mid adc n supp is around drake: do it. they cant contest without smite.
nashor? push an inhib and go for it, do the baron dance, so super minions ar egonna crush their base etc

I have worked my way from Bronze V to almost Silver II in my first year as playing ranked... So yeah maybe you should look for a bronze team instead of diamond bro.

Considering I am Plat 5 in EUNE (90~ total games, started in Silver 3/4) and Plat 4 in NA (108 total games, started in Silver 4) playing SUPPORT ONLY, I can safely say that there is no such thing as " I always get matched with idiots that don't know how to play. "

Every other game or even most games you will get bad players but if you are good enough, considering you play jungle and mid (influential roles) you will pull through, eventually.
If you can't, then you are just bad and you found your place.

how did you start in silver (this is ruse btw) I won 4 out of 5 placement games or w/e and got placed in bronze II.. haven't played ranked since

You have to play 10 games before you get placed in any league. No idea how you played 4 and got placed.

The more promos you lose, the better off you are. I lost promo to gold 3-4 times. Once I got to gold, I skipped from Gold 5 to Gold 3 and then from Gold 3 to Gold 1 because the promos I was in increased my MMR.
Don't lose on purpose though :)

i lost like 7times my promo from brone to silver and once i get into silver5 i won almost every game till silver1 beside 4 loses or sth but i didnt skip any leagues :< i had a winrate of 80% with ahri at this time
