Dude, keep reading if you're planning on passing your exam. Ofcourse you can spoof your IP-adress, you just tamper with the packets and insert whichever IP you want the reciever to think you are, but what happens when the server replies? It sends the replies to the IP you gave it, meaning you won't get them, making it impossible to play ET and meaning you'll get a ping timeout before you know it. So IP spoofing is possible, you just can't do anything useful with it.
