gl playing with a european team will be hard because of the bad ping on european servers and as ovie said the timedifference.

timedifference is not really a problem for them, it is when a euro wants to play in an American team though. Now if your playing wars at ~20.00 its around afternoon for them

i dont know what half the cvars are in my config
some are server cvars
some are movie cvars
and my own cvars :P

but it looks fine in game :D

ye I went trough the config and it had server, normal and movie cvars. just the cf_* cvar's I was wondering about.

edit: they are quake3 cvars.
