I believe not, they would simply force an update that would take 30 sec to be done (4 changing some values and 26 opening the program), he would have no account anymore and would get a lifetime ban on nC.

almost anyone can do that but it is the way pb detect cheats that is kinda stupid, and I realy doubt pb is willing to rebuild their whole anti-cheat system.
