Need help with buying a monitor

hi guys
I need help as you see
I wanna buy an LCD monitor
I've just tried LCD 19", 8ms monitor and it suxed hard when I played ET, when I was moving my mouse, the whole colors smeared..
can u please suggest me a good LCD monitor, not much money something about 170euros..

Anything by Samsung is win, I'm using a 22 inch widescreen and there is no ghosting with CSS at all. I haven't tried it with ET yet but I run CSS at a resolution of 1680x1050.

there isn't any good LCD for gaming.... let's see when they get 100Hz monitors if they are any better
