New cdkeyfree server: WolfMP OSP [nokey]

My new 1.4 server is up. It will replace the old RTCW.TK server.

Major changes are, the location is now in germany, so better ping for all.
And by request, rotation is now off. So use callvote to change map.
Cvar restrictions are more loose to attract different players.

The rest is pretty much the same, NO CDKEY NEEDED, war like config, standard spawntimes . . .
