Quote by fnatic.comThe Fnatic Team is a professional video gaming team, consisting of players from across the globe who all make a living through competing in video game tournaments. The Fnatic Team won the ESPORTS TEAM OF THE YEAR AWARD 2006 and are the current reigning CPL CHAMPIONS.

Not every team can face SK but when there have been big names around in, Fnatic was always right there with them. The organisation is located in Australia Australia and has players spread all over Europe including there well known Swedish CS team and their all over ambitious academy section, lately adding Call of Duty 4 as well. Fnatic won the last held CPL event with CS and also picked up many good results in Warcraft and Quake in the past years. They are definitely on the same level as SK and are probably the best rival they could hope for.

Well, the easiest question to ask first would be about your game with SK. How do you think the match will go for you guys?

mintR : Comparing the two play styles I think our team has a better overall aim that SK’s. I think we have prepared better than SK also, so we should have the upper hand on them. It’s true that if we play a long range map, then we have a better chance of winning but I only believe that is the case because compact tight maps have a huge lotto factor contained within them, making it anyone’s game for the taking.

You’ve attended a few of the CDC events competing in previous CoD games. What do you make of CDC4 compared to the other previous set ups?

mintR To be honest, this event is really not that much different from any other CDC LAN. No different in the sense that we are running late, with quite a few games to play. That always seems to happen with big events like this but often it can’t be helped especially considering with what has happened to teams like France oXm and the fact we’ve have several power cuts in the upper. Having said that, the computers we have this time are simply awesome. Incredibly fast, with a really good set up. In terms of the hardware we couldn’t ask for much more.
