Although there was a huge discussion about the lio issue in the last days, the team still got invited to this years EuroCup.
The belgian powerhouse has been sticking together with almost the same lineup for some years (!) now, what gives them some advatages in the resort of teamplay.
The belgians placed third at the Crossfire Devotii Challenge 4 in February, and second at the past EC, whom surely are some huge achievements for the team.
I think that EDiT can do very well in this EC, although i dont expect them to repeat their performance at the last EC, cause the competition is simply tougher this time!
All things considered i think EDiT will be able to get a top 5 position in this EC.

Cortana, founded in 2006, placed fifth at the last EC, is a team that the favorites surely have to keep an eye on!
With their good performance during the last EC and other online events, the Croatians have prooven that they are far from being the underdogs in the competitive et scene.
With the recent addition of ex-NP player aCoZz and the swiss owner GuNnEr, the lineup of Cortana looks even stronger then before.
In my oppinion this team is able to reach a topnotch position, if they stick together and play their trumps such as experience and teamplay.

This promising team has been formed in the past two weeks, and seems one of the strongest if you look at the lineup.
On the one hand you have old Parodia players like jauhis and Xpaz, on the other hed the two superb aimers teKoa and Azatej.
But can this allstar-lineup really make the difference in this years EC. In my oppinion KKK has some really good chances to reach the top three, since all the players already played together in one way or another unde rthe flag of
Impact Gaming.

The awesome gamers, a team that main intention it was to play some funny mixed games, has prooven itself by winning last years OC Premier Division.
Although they played a flawless season in the OC, i dont see TAG reaching the playoffs in the EC, because many of the players who played with TAG during this period are now involved in other EC-teams.

The all finish lineup of v&e seems very strong on the paper, but what can they really reach in this season?
With ex-murso or ex-sFx-LAN players, and of course with the fact that all of them have played for Team-Finland, they are trying to do as good as possible in this season.
The individual skills of the players are on a top level, but i think they can only reach a top position if they really pracc and grow as a team!

They are attending with almost the same lineup as last season. In my oppinion they will need to struggle really hard to reach the playoffs this season, cause the competition is tougher then last season.

The winners of last seasons EC are of course one of the favorites for this seasons also. With a whole german lineup, apart from the landmine/airstrike maniac Clown, they have already dominated the last EC quite unexpectedly.
As already said, the Megapro's have a good chance to place under the top 3, but if they want to defend their trophy they will have to play alot stronger!

The new lineup of Impact Gaming can in my oppinion only be described with two words: fucking impressive!
With the Quakecon champions and former idle.ee players Night, r3vers, Reload and with the CDC winners Matias, toxic and mAus, an incredible ammount of individual achievements has already gathered on the Impact Gaming side.
If the Allstarts find the time to pracc, i would anticipate nothing else as them being the winners of this seasons EC.

Incomplete have roughly the same (high) quality of players and have always been lacking in teamplay, from what I've seen, and I don't expect this to change a great deal. Individually they're perhaps slightly better than Cortana, but as a team I think Cortana have the edge.
