1) rodcad gaming
Clanbase puts in a team containing a well known cheater from overload. Surely, they know what to expect when they do that? Yes, they were removed shortly after, but my point is why were they there in the first place? Did they just want people to whine at them for a while??
2) 6 invites?
I've always seen 8 directly invited teams, for what reason are there only six this time around. You can't really say because there's no other skilled teams. For example, Incomplete and Highbot were directly invited last season, and you can't really compare them with H2K, Impact and ButtonBashers but you could probably compare them with the likes of cortana, TAG and mouK.
3) OC premier rule
As far as I can recall, the winner of the Opencup Premier has always had a direct invite into the proceeding ec season. This tradition has stood since the start of ET, why has it all of a sudden been scraped? Some sort of biasedness in this decision? Because they have the most hated player, is that why? Is that fair? Not only that, but aToon didn't lose a single round in the opencup and beat 8bits FiF (who actually got an invite) in the group stages, aswell as walking over them in the final. They have five out of six players that played for them last season, they deserve an invite.
4) The new teams
Clanbase has always rated stability over anything else. I think if you added up how long each of the qualifier teams have been alive, we would get the shortest amount compared to other eurocups. Teams like asd and FatGames don't even have six players in their lineup and have not been around for long but yet they are picked in the qualifier list.
5) Name > all
To me it seems is that what matters most these days is the name you have. Underscore, Negative Image, FatGames and n1ce all come under this rule. I would rather see teams like Personality or Infernal there instead. Clanbase appreciates stability over anything else, right?
6) The maplist
For once, Clanbase has managed to select a maplist that not everybody is whining about. Maybe because they are too busy complaning about the selected teams more? :)
That is all for my rant towards Clanbase. I just wanted to emphasize on their decisions. What do you all think about the above points? :-)

They're terrible.
usually they manage to lose every single game so i think its good to change that pattern
if they lose that qualifier they don't deserve EC and if they win it then they are in EC anyway.
whats so suprising about testing a 2 weeks clan once more?
a team that is directly invited should be able to make it to the playoffs atleast imo
direct invite doesnt seem right when they are in whole different skill level compared to others
it wouldnt be fair for the 6th direct invite team that their spot is stolen by oc prem winners
btw i dont think the 1 game qualifiers are that fair but that again is whole other topic
but otherwise I agree with u
stopped reading since rodcad are not even in the ec qualies
agree
if its the team with danL and his brother how can you even be considering them.
no affence to infernal but they wouldnt be able to compete at that level either.
Also, you said you cant compare teams like highbot to a team like h2k, thats bullshit, even masculine mans can beat h2k these days lol.
If I were you I'd rather play OC prem - would be a lot funnier.
EDIT: So please clear ur facts before trying to make a point, thx
n1 at admins claiming they would rather pick stable teams and shizzle. Guess that was a lie xD
