Windows 7 fps!!

Hello!
Since I installed Windows 7 (x64) I am having FPS problems. Before Win7 I had XP x64 and I could ran ET with stable 125 fps and CS:S with 150-250 FPS. So about a month ago I installed Windows 7 because the folks were like "It's so amazing".
About the FPS problems:
I have a Core 2 Duo E4600 (2,4Ghz), HD4850 512GDDR3 and 2Gb of Memory 667Mhz. I have been reading forums, they said it's my memory is the source of FPS lags.
I tried timedemo with a random supply demo(2x15mins) using my old hunk settings, I didn't run et as admin, didn't use winxp compatiblity, with slac on.
Result: 205.5 fps
2nd test, still my old hunk settings, Running ET as Admin, Win XP Sp3 compatibility, slac on.
Result: 206.5 fps
3rd test, this time I changed my hunk settings, still running et as admin, win xp sp3 compatibility, slac on.
Result: 209.0 fps
4th test, New hunk settings, no xp compatibility, and still running et as admin with slac on.
Result: 209.9 fps
5th test, still with new hunk, neither comp nor admin mode, slac still on
Result: 211.2 fps
my last test, I turned SLAC off, neither comp nor admin mode, still with new hunk
Result: 245.2 fps
Old hunk settings: com_hunkMegs 512, com_zoneMegs 24, com_soundMegs 128
New hunk settings: com_hunkMegs 192, com_zoneMegs 24, com_soundMegs 64
Edit: All the tests were done with r_mode 4.
Anyone else on Windows 7 with 2gb of Memory? Are you having fps problems?
oh and chalpja please fix slac!

I am having ping problems with Windows 7. These lags mostly come on maps, outside fights when alot of people shooting etc. I tried the stuff they said at Windows 7 forums but It doesn't want to work for me.
Any suggestions?

I am also playing CS:S sometimes and other SP games.
CTRL+ALT+DEL, Processes. Find ET.exe and right-click it, "Set Affinity"

XP you must have 2 gb or more 64/32 bit.
Windows 7 the same.
Can't fix what isn't broken.
