it's worth saving for man, brother paid for the multigym but the rest cost me around 5-600 in total... it's a lot, but when you consider gym memberships, travel cost, time saved travelling etc. you get your money back quickly
Not really to good tbh multi gym is useless not enough weight on the stacks for any serious lifter they are pathetic weight wise. Your bench isnt good either i cant imagine how that bench+ bar+ weights cost anything near 500-600 pounds if thats true im amazed, you got bumped big time, not trying to be a dick. Ive got a olympic weight bench+ olympic barbell and olympic dumbells a squat rack and 180kg of olympic weights all for 700. So for that little bench and those amount of weights you have to cost 600 is unreal lol.
I actually got my rack from powerhouse fitness around 2 years ago and it took them over 8 weeks to get it delivered, and when it came it had already been partially used like someone had sent it back to them after using it then they sent it to me lol. Just a heads up for you.
i've received the rack (3 days after order!) but not had a chance to open it yet because i'm waiting for the garage to be cleared for installation space.... gonna rage if there are any problems with it tbh :D

Lucky you :p they let me order the item from there website without even having the thing in stock , then kept telling me they were waiting on more stock from there supplier, gave them lots of email abuse then finally after 8 weeks or so it arrived but had already been used by someone. Could tell by some of the parts had been already joined together and scratchmarks. Theres always good and bad stories when buying from places like that i was just unlucky i guess.
Music distracts you? For me it's just the opposite. I always turn some of my fav tunes on when I work out as it's motivational when I reach my limits :P
increase the weight, get a spotter and push yourself, man up and deal with the acheing the next day. Youl achieve more than you could dream compared to 'focusing on technique'.
... But doing anything with wrong technique is extremely harmful in the long run. :P Focus on getting a good technique first, then pump up the weight (as I'm sure rahul is doing). I don't know anything about bodybuilding, but preventing is better than curing.
