image: 1333481844-lolsup

seems legit :DDDDDDDDD
haha didn't notice that
Parent
Lolled @ 2nd penalty, is this football? =D
default for barca
Parent
true that one was bullshit :)
Parent
Messi :D
barca cheating their way through champions league again :)

1) vs Chelsea
2) vs Inter (but failed)
3) vs Arsenal
4) vs Milan (that 2nd penalty was bs)
Yea that second penalty was bullshit. without that penalty, Milan would ve started to play well and would have deserved a win. Yea I doubt we watched the same match Barca > Milan at anytime tonight...
Parent
Doesn't matter who played better, it was not a penalty and it ruined the rest of the game.
Parent
What ruined the game was also the deep stupidity of Milan players who always felt the need to try breaking Barca's legs by unneeded and sneaky fouls. I despise these players.
Parent
I'm absolutely no AC Milan fan or anything so I'm trying to stay objective.

But playing hard against Barcelona is a gameplan, Milan (and most probably any team) in the world cant beat Barca by playing football like it's supposed to be played.

You play it hard, boring, stay compact and then open up the play when you get a chance and hope it works out.

The way Milan played (boring, aggressive) does not justify the 2nd penalty which wasn't a penalty, Barca should win also without such a penalty (and they probably also would've without it.)
Parent
How did that ruin the game? :DD Milan was anyway forced to open their play after Iniesta's goal. Did no matter whether it was 2-1 or 3-1 at that place, anyway Milan was forced to attack, what did they do. Oh ye, got like one shot on target in the whole. I agree it shouldnt have been a penalty but i disagree strongly it ruining the game.
Parent
You do understand that the penalty happened before Iniesta scored.

At the moment it was 1-1 and Milan had to do shit to go through.

The penalty gave barca a goal but even worse, frustrated the Milan players.

No doubt that Milan did almost nothing @ Camp Nou, but they still got robbed.
Parent
I wonder how are you not frustrated explaining this to people who are biased :D
Parent
I'm aware of that. What I ment that now they were forced to start attacking earlier and still they couldnt do anything. And to me that Iniesta's goal did not happen because Milan opened their play so much. Did not really see a big difference to a Milan at start and to the Milan at the end.
Parent
u can't talk about what would happen if that penalty wasn't given. it was - it changed the game. We'll never know what would happen. Though the odds would still be in barca's favor obviously.
Parent
deserved win? Based on what? The 3 shots on goal?
Parent
hi2u sarcasm
Parent
ya, we always cheat, done this for the last 5 years. we buy them refs.
Parent
You have busquets, pedro, puyol, and mascherano in your team, of course you cheat. In fact I'm pretty sure that those 4 names actually spell the word 'cheat' in some ancient language.

<3 Messi though. Best player of all time.
Parent
yeah man, they cheat so hard. they all have a jar where these 4 put money in for the refs.

damn dumbasses.

and messi aint the best player in the world, xavi is.
Parent
How can you possibly deny that they dive, play act, and attempt to get people sent off at every available opportunity?

You can ask any football manager, fan, or player in the world who they would most like to have in their team and every one of them would say Messi.
Parent
yeh cuz they are retarded, messi aint half of what he is in barça when playing for argentina, guess why.
Parent
Yeah, if Nesta would have torn his shirt off, you'd still say it wasn't a penalty. :))
Parent
bullshit.

http://www.101greatgoals.com/gvideos/was-it-a-penalty-alessandro-nesta-ac-milan-vs-sergio-busquets-barcelona/

They're both pulling on eachothers shirt, and then puyol also bodyblocks nesta from following busquets.
Parent
Funny how you seem to know better than some of the best centre backs in the world:
https://twitter.com/#!/rioferdy5/status/187260253035962368

Can't really call him a fanboy after "cheating barça" owned them in CL final last year, can you?
Parent
He can say whatever he wants, he does exactly the same.

Stop being a fanboy and realize it was an useless penalty. The ball wasn't ever going to reach Busquets, They both pulled each others shirts and puyol bodyblocked Nesta if anything.

And I have nothing to say against the CL Final last year, Barca obviously won there fair and square.
The moments I listed above are the examples that I could still remember.

Even you as a barca fan should know how much uproar all those decisions made.
Cheating was overreacted, but a good deal of luck or crazy referees should be a better definition.
Parent
The ref made a call that was by definition correct but perhaps not the best for the game, I'll give you that. Most refs wouldn't have given it, but that doesn't matter it's not a correct decision.

Just like you state, barça sometimes gets lucky with the referee calls, but also get unlucky a LOT. Take this as an example: http://www.101greatgoals.com/gvideos/the-12-penalty-decisions-that-have-gone-against-barcelona-in-20112012/

It's just apparent how people only remember those times where the ref called in their favour. Those occasions seem to be a great tool to deny the masterclass that barça applies every 3 days on the pitch.

People also claim barça players cheat because they fake (or cry) and dive. Faking true, diving not really (Sanchez sometimes though). But question yourself why they fake, it's because barça are far superior compared to any other team technically. That's why other teams apply aggressive tactics, which endangers the barça players (injuries and just fucking lame). Faking is part of protecting themselves from the many many aggressive fouls. Because if someone gets yellow, he won't try to break someone's leg as much as he would without it.
Parent
Calling a penalty for that is indeed in the books, pulling someone's shirt in the box is indeed the penalty.
But every football fan in the world knows that the rules are actually guidelines and common sense is needed to apply them for every different situation. In such a big game where there is so much controversy around the actual situation (busquets also had his arm on nesta, bodyblock puyol, the ball was nowhere near busquets).
You just dont give a penalty for that.

About the other point of faking & diving (Dani Alves does that occasionaly).

It's not the players job to overreact and get people booked, it should be the aggressive fouls that get people booked. There is a referee on the pitch, let him judge the situation and accordingly book people that make the fouls. There is nothing wrong with playing hard & aggressive if that's your teams gameplan, every team has the opportunity to play to their strenghts. They just need to test the referee and see how far they can go with that.

It bothers me that barca act like they are the good guys in the football world, nobody can deny that they also do play the best football, but they should refrain from taking such actions like diving and faking. They simply don't need it to win. They would still win every single game and gain more respect from the other teams.
Parent
I couldn't tell from this video if Busquets was just trying to keep him away or was pulling his shirt. But seriously, what was Nesta thinking? Pulling his shirt in front of ref, Puyol just noticed it and tried to pull him off Busquets imo. It was controversial, but an obvious mistake from Nesta.
Parent
9/10 corners have people pulling shirts, the only thing that made it so spectacular was that busquest & Nesta both dived to the ground. This because imo Puyol blocked Nesta and only his hand on Busquets shirt remained.
Parent
Well, Nesta got unlucky then. Too bad for him it was in a match of such great importance.
Parent
Well imo the neutral football fans got unlucky, I was actually looking forward to this game. That penalty just ruined it :(
Parent
barça is just ...aww no word for that
La cyprine est un liquide sécrété par les glandes de Bartholin situées de chaque côté du vagin, lorsque la femme est en état d'excitation sexuelle.
Parent
The best team won :)
just too easy for barca
oh c'mon :D everyone talks aboult 2nd penalty but who remembers 1st match where refree didnt have obvious penalty for faul on Sanchez(away goal)? Milan had 2 100% chances in first match but failed and got only 1 shot in Barcelona. so its bullshit that score is unfair :P
And now people will still say that Spanish league is unbalanced with shit teams except Real and Barca. yet Milan is leading Italian Championship and they got easily rolled by Barcelona, maybe a little less than an average spanish team but still, they just got dominated.
It's not like Serie A is exaclty pumping out World Class teams though is it.
Parent
Rephrase please :(
Parent
il dit: C'est pas comme ci le championnat italien regorgeait d'équipes de niveau mondial comme les autres..
Parent
Yeah Milan is totatally shit, they've only won the Champions League 2nd most times. Jesus Brits are so narrow minded when it comes to football, probably you still even think you have chances @ EC.
Parent
Let them think that, always funny to see their dreams crushed when UK teams drop out after groupstage :D
Parent
No one has even mentioned the euros, and for the record I do not think England have a chance at the euros. Getting out of the group stages would be a bonus.

All I have said is that Serie A is not what it was, and Milan haven't been great in ages. A decent win over a poor Arsenal side and dominating a league with only a small amount of decent teams just does not impress me.
Parent
Actually maybe you should take a look at the Serie A table, there haven't been this many teams challenging for the CL spots in years.

Napoli,Juve,Milan,Inter,Roma,Udinese,Lazio

Are all playing for the 3 CL spots.

And saying serie A is finished is just nonsense, if anything they proved this year that they're still there with Napoli, Milan & Inter all reaching the playoffs.
Parent
Don't even try to argue with him about league strengh and good teams outside the EPL, I mean he's fucking narrow minded, just like TosspoT. Here read through this journal, proves enough.
Parent
I know what you mean, English football fans are horrible. It's like trying to discuss football with Barca fans. Personally, I find Barca games unbearable to watch
Parent
I take it we've met? As you seem to know all about me. The fact that I haven't even mentioned the Premier League makes me think that you are absolutely insane, or idiotic, probably both. Just what is your prejudice against English people?

As you so desperately seem to want to know my opinion on the EPL I'll give it. I personally think that this has been the worst EPL season in years. Man U's lineup just isn't very good, so for them to be winning the league is a little bit embarassing. Man City's lineup is great on paper, but they play boring slow as fuck football and really lack pace (much like most Italian teams). Arsenals' lineup is pretty shit as well and they have been carried by RVP. Tottenham (my team) have a great first lineup, but they seriously lack depth in their squad. Chelsea are all old, Liverpool are abysmal, but Newcastle actually look pretty good. So all in all, no, I don't rate the EPL this season.

I criticise Serie A because teams like Juventus are 2nd when they have drawn an extreme amount of games, and I personally do not feel that the likes of Roma/Napoli/Udinese/Juventus/Lazio/Inter are any better than teams like Bilbao or Newcastle.

At this moment in time Barcelona and Real Madrid stand head and shoulders above any other team on the planet.

So yeah, next time actually ask for an opinion instead of guessing what someones opinion is. At the end of the day, your assumption made YOU the narrow minded prick.
Parent
Generally speaking I don't have anything against Brits at all, except for when it comes to football, because you are so narcissistic in your league and teams. Moreover I didn't need to ask for your opinion about the EPL and other leagues, as you have already proven my guess with your initial statement about the Serie A.

The thing I'm criticizing is your attitude towards other leagues. You still seem to think of the EPL as the worlds best football league, which it definitely is, but that doesnt mean that other leagues don't have top notch / worldclass teams. Some of then could definitely compete for the first 4 - 6 spots, even in the PL. I find it ridiculous to say that teams like Napoli, Inter and Juventus are on the same level as Newcastle. These so called "mediocre teams" like Napoli & Bilbao kicked out Man City & Man United and almost even Chelsea, so why are u acting so arrogant? Drop your attitude and accept that there are good teams outside of the EPL, no need to bash on other leagues.

Agree on the Barca and Real part, but the main point is that the Italian Clubs did a pretty solid job this season.

Its nothing personal, but thats just something I noticed for many Brits. Probably its a part of being British. xoxo
Parent
Don't assume that I don't watch any other league apart from the EPL. I personally feel that the top 6 in Italy is pretty similar to the top 6 in England, annd I think that the Premier League has been incredibly poor this season.
Parent
Last time i checked there was only two Spanish teams fighting for the title, it happens every year.
So yes it is unbalanced as you say even though they beat Milan
Parent
You didn't read what I wrote did you
Parent
Correct me if im wrong, But your making the point that because Barcelona beat AC Milan that some how justify's the Spanish league as more competitive than just Real and Barca?
Parent
Well what I meant is that people saying that the Spanish league is low leveled are wrong because Barca and Real are just WAY TOO strong and it has nothing to do with the other teams' level. Proof is that Barca bashed easily the Italian league leader, proving that if Barca had to play in the Italian league, they would be dominating as easily as the way they do it in Spain.
Parent
2nd penalty was bullshit and ruined the game in a number of aspects. Barcelona would have rolled Milan anyway, but I was expecting a few nice runs and great goals instead of 2 gay penalties. But well, Milan got ROLLED, nothing else to add. And I find it unfair for absolutely every team in the world that Barcelona has Messi. For the sake of worlds football, sell Messi to Manchaester United or Inter or some other currently struggling club (and yes, ManU is struggling even though they are leading the championship)
messi in another championship would be worthless...
Parent
":D"

That feel when Chelsea DESTROY BARCELONA. EBJT (England's Brave John Terry) to score goals in both legs. Torres to torment Barca like he did when he played for Real Madrid.
Except torres never played for Real Madrid. Or was that a really bad troll?
Parent
I think he ment Atletico Madrid :D Atleast, I hope so..
Parent
torres never tormented anybody because he is probably the worst player in the entire premier.
