qConnect0r v1.0 - Connect to your fav servers without to minimize/quit the game

Dear Crossfire-Community,
i would like to introduce you to qConnect0r, a script i wrote, and due the fact that everyone on the internet hates to read long texts i will try to make it as short as possible... :D


What the ?!/!)§=& is qConnect0r?
qConnect0r is a script that automatically generates a set of *.cfg-files from your favourite servers so that you can easily connect to them while being ingame without being forced to minimize or quit your game.

Who the (&?=! needs that?
Everyone who is sick of minimizing the game to copy & paste the new ip or completely shutting down the whole game to re-connect through a gameserver-browser.

Features (just a few...this shit is too simple to be overloaded with features)

• ..... PW-function (no more need to enter any server-passwords).
• ..... Customizable colors for border & text.
• ..... Support for the following games (so far):
• .......... Quake 3 (Arena)
• .......... Return To Castle Wolfenstein
• .......... Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory
• .......... In theory also supports every other Q3-engine-based game, but i didnt test them all.. :D

I made this script primary for my own purposes but later i thought it could be also useful for some of you so i decided to build a small website for it and share it with you...

Until now i only added the basic features that keep the shit running because i dont wanted to invest more work than needed since i got much more better things to do with my time than spending lots of hours with this just to realize that this is gonna fail and you all hate it... :D

However...if you like it and got some ideas for additional features or any suggestions regarding the usage or whatever, feel free to pm me here at CF or leave a message in the shoutbox or just post a reply and tell what you think about qConnect0r.
