Abode Premiere.

Why don't you google the error you are getting? Have you tried restarting your PC? Sony Vegas is a very simple and good video editing program. Abode Premiere may not be the best choice if you are a beginner.

i just want to render 4 avis.. i already restarted the pc... repaired the .net framework 2.0 and tried to install framework 3.0.. but he cant connect to the server to download the files.. (there is a downloading part included in the instal)

afaik u have to have 1.1 and 2.0 cause theyre both needed, its not that when u have 2.0 its doesn't need 1.1. Just google frameworks 1.1 download np, its not an error

Uninstall framework 2.0 then install 1.1 first.
