It has been almost three years since the last casts were on CubeCast, and over the year or so that we were active, there were a lot of games casted! If you ask any of our casters, they will tell you how I would poke them until I got the mp3 of the cast after they finished, and they were placed on the website.

As announced during the Adroits LAN a couple of months ago, ETLive is in development from two developers heavily involved in Enemy Territory Public communities. You can view the newspost here. As promised there would be a closed Alpha in December, and with much hard work, this is still the plan!

So from the title, you may be asking questions or already have some idea of what this project is. Basically ETLive, is Enemy Territory, the game we all play and love within a web browser. ETLive is a multi-platform, multi-browser implementation of Enemy Territory, with very similar intentions to that of Quake Live.

Unfortunately the time has come where TZ-AC will no longer be developed or supported. Following issues with a new partnership with TZ-AC, the project will be discontinued and unusable from the beginning of December.

TZ-AC was a much needed replacement for Punkbuster, which was also discontinued for Enemy Territory last year in October 2011. This means that Enemy Territory will now be left without an actively used anti-cheat client. TZ-AC has been used in ESL and CB matches.

So that's it! We have reached the end of the YCN Spring Challenge, and Queens take the top position and win without losing a single game!

Tonight we conclude the group stage of the YCN Spring Challenge and can begin with the playoff stage of the competition. The playoff bracket consists of 16 teams in a double elimination bracket, 2 teams from each group have proceeded to this stage.

The brackets have been randomly chosen, with a team playing 1st in their group against a team placing 2nd. You can see the brackets and follow their progress on the Esports Heaven page linked below.

Today concludes the first matchweek of the YCN Spring Challenge, with most teams completing their first games. You can find the results to previous games at either Esports Heaven or GamesTV

The signups for the YCN Spring Challenge are now closed, and the groups and matches have been created for the first match week which will commence tomorrow (Monday 21st March).

Teams participating in the YCN Spring Challenge can find their 'Round 1' games (games for the first matchweek) on their group located on Esports Heaven here. The games for 'Round 2' will occur in the second week, and the 'Round 3' games will of course occur in the third.

After some time of preperation and planning, today we are announcing the YCN Spring Challenge, and accepting signups.

Signups are now open and teams who wish to participate should do this as soon as possible. We reach an end of the extended matchweek 3 and can now begin the play-offs! The top two teams from each group have gone into this stage into a double elimination bracket. All the teams know their place in the brackets apart from the runner up of Group A which is yet to be decided due to a tie.
