krosan has been relieved of his administerial duties with immediate effect.

Shortly after the CIC7 LAN, Wzzrd staff made claims that money had been stolen from the till behind the bar. Subsequently, Enschede police launched a full investigation into the alleged theft. Naturally, Crossfire co-operated with the police fully in their investigation. Now, 3 weeks after the investigation began, it has emerged that Crossfire administrator krosan was behind the robbery.

In light of the above, Crossfire has no choice other than to remove krosan from the administerial team. On behalf of the rest of the staff here at Crossfire, I would like to apologise to the community for the poor judgement in hiring krosan in the first place.

It is now officially confirmed that Enemy Territory will be featured as an official competition at the Antwerp eSports Festival LAN at the end of July!

I received the task of putting together the ruleset, maplist, schedule and so forth. I will therefore require a committee of top ET players who can give me their input on these decisions. About 8 top players should do, as I myself will be representing the low to med skilled teams. It's also crucial that the teams and players that are interested at attending this LAN, forward any information regarding their team to me. More news will follow soon as the official AEF site will launch mid April.

How to apply for the committee?
I need people who are active and who I can reach on IRC. You also need to be attending AEF obviously. Send me a pm with subject "Committee" if you deem yourself important enough to add value to discussions. You'll be invited to a private IRC channel where you can discuss various subjects amongst each other.

How to forward updates regarding your team?
Just simply post any updates in this thread. Please add your line up and check regularly if anything needs to be updated in the topic. I count on you to do this, please work with me here.

Qualifiers

It's Day 3 of the ClanBase EuroCup and we have another 3 matches. The first two taking place at 22:30 CET featuring Sleeperz vs P&P and aces vs OVERLOAd. 30 minutes later, i.e 23:00 CET, we have the polish duo facing eachother 1stCav vs diversus

In the first match, we have the High Qualifier which will determine who takes 2nd seed and who takes 3rd seed, this will be fought out by Sleeperz vs P&P.

My Prediction: 4:2 for zZz

3on3 WinterCup is almost complete. Only few matches left and everything is about to culminate tomorrow when grand final of premier league will take place.
Once again re+play and nOu (former Squad.ee) will face eachothers in the final.

5th league has already been played and sona turned out to be the best right before |uNholy| which ended up 2nd and PDUCL took 3rd place.

A bit less than 24 hours has elapsed and we already have 2 breath-taking matches that could go either way tonight. The first one taking place today at 21:30 CET featuring OVERLOAd vs DreaM and 30 minutes later, 22:00 CET, we have aces vs nOu



At the first clash we have Belgian's best who will be favourites for taking this match due to having much more experience than the DreaM squad, but without a doubt we should not eliminate DreaM out of the score-sheet. Speculation is that this match is all about seeing the likes of zeto's settings against MOTiF's, but for those who would rightfully want to discard thoughts like these, you can always go for the top aimers of both teams, mAus vs sHaKy! We all know ET is not only about aim and both teams and players will need to be on top form to ensure they grab their share of the spoils.

Welcome to Clanbase EuroCup XXI. First 5on5 competition on that level brought 266 signups. We have decided to change several things regarding qualifier process and later stages as well. I must admit that last season's qualifiers decision was very easy compared to this one. Being unsure about certain clans, I've consulted everything with Killerboy. After hours of chat, lots of scores checked, demos browsed (the ones we've received from clans who desperately wanted to prove they're EC quali material), we did some changes and finally agreed who will compete in EuroCup Qualifiers.

The cup formula will be different as I mentioned already. We wil have:

• 4 direct invites
  
• 8 high qualifiers invites
  
• 16 mid qualifiers invites

The groupstage will consist of 6 clans per one group (4 in total). Qualifiers will divide clans into poules. Each group will consist of 1 clan from each poule. How does it look like?

A team that truely has made a name for itself already, reforms now to make an impact on ET's top scene again.
Fourth coming in last EuroCup, the team has already shown what it is capable of. Now the team recently placed third in Evu Cup and is also awaiting the Grand Final of the Clanbase WinterCup this sunday. The team has managed to improve the lineup with two additions coming in form of suVi and euruz and now looks like that.
