RtCW-Cup 4 - Introduction › Group 4

Group 4's big favorite is noPressure who were close to beating rockit last cup and are aiming for the top again. The other teams in the group have more modest goals but all of them should be capable of reaching the playoffs.

Tell me a little about your team for this cup as opposed to the last cups.
Not much have changed since the last cup. We recently took in Mata and Edge. Time will tell if we can use them optimally.

What are your goals for this cup?
Our goal is top 2 and it wouldnt hurt beating rockit >)

How are you planning to prepare for the cup?
We havent prepared much, a few pracs now and then. That will have to hold!

Who is the player to watch in your team and why?
I would say kris, jauhis or mystic. Great aimers and doing amazing stuff.

Tell me a little about your team and where you see it in the current rtcw setting.
Basically it just comes down to 7 old rtcw players who haven't lost their love for this game plus an enthousiastic ET player, trying to have some fun :)! And thats all we're after in the current rtcw setting. Having fun :].

Is there any particular team you would like to face in the competition?
We've faced most active teams over the past weeks one time or another so playing versus some "fresh" teams would be fun. On the other hand I personally would like to play vs any of the Top seeds, they're the teams to beat and they're all a great bunch of people!

Who is the player to watch in your team and why?
That's Flits handsdown. Although that goes for both the opponent as ourselves. Flitsnades are lethal!

Tell me a little about your team and where you see it in the current rtcw setting.
Well at the beginning of the announcement of the rtcw-cup 4 we wanted to get the same lineup as we had in the first rtcw-cup or atleast almost the same. to do that we needed mirage and 2d for starters but soon it was obvious that mirage was gonna play with noPressure again so that wasnt gonna work out.
So we decided to form a bit different lineup with z3R0 who played with us in late xmas cup. me and jam were struggling to get 2d to play with us as he was under pressure by rockit and a team SeN was gonna form. we soon came to the conclusion 2d wasnt gonna play with us and jam wanted to get back to noPressure as they still needed a player.
After this it looked like iAm werent gonna make it for this cup as kylie already got asked for another team and damage and mexx were nowhere to be found.
But shortly before the official announcement some ex teammates came to me asking about making a team for the rtcw-cup 4 after all.
I decided to take a look and see if we could finalize a team, and yes it was possible. altho we needed to sign-up really fast after a chat with merlinator they decided to give us a chance.
With some old names in our current line-up such as scuba, koni and sight we are hoping to have a go at getting through the group stage. but it will be hard as we didnt have much practice but we will try to have some good and fun games anyway.

In your group you have no pressure as clear favorites and thundercats & sf which both are teams who are able to go through. What is your view on those 2?
It's gonna be noPressure and one of the other three to advance for sure. i think all three of us have some strong players and some who have been inactive so it can go either way. thundercats have pracced longest so its most likely that they will come second but with the V! power in SF they could do some damage aswell.

Who is the player to watch in your team and why?
On a good day you should keep an eye on koni as he will prolly get some multi kills with his panzerfire but aimwise if Sight performs like he did last time you shouldn't underestimate him.
