The important thingy: Stop IRC.
For us, there are no IRC Channels, just #esl.et (where the clanleader of a team should be in). In the ESL, you are able to use the comment-function, to send some informations to your opponent. He can read those things in the matchdetails. You are also able to submit a server ip and password there, even if everyone else can read it, it makes life easier for you, cause u don't have to wait for him a long time in IRC.
Try to arrenge everything you need for the match in the comments, noone can delete them.
Yet another thing:
If u have a new player, who is barred for some days (everyone is barred for 10 days for teammatches, when he joins up a team), ask your opponent if they can let him play (irc), if he agree, tell him to write a comment at the esl page.
Players, who got barred for multiple accounts should message an admin in #esl.et.
No defwins in ESL:
In the ESL Ladders, you won't get def wins, but in this cup, you can get them.
Wildcards:
There is one wildcard during the whole Premiership for each clan. You have to contact an admin if you want to use it, atleast 1 hour before the match starts.
How to join something:

You can join a league in every country, your language is setted by another thing on the left side, wich has no influence on the league.
When u are at one page of a game, u can see something like "ET Leagues" in the left navigation, there you can visit another league of the game in this country: http://www.esl-europe.net/de/et/6on6/ladder/ .
