Just saw a clip on the news filmed by an amateur who was standing in a tent during the Pukkelpopdrama (one of the worst storms, 33-50 l in 20 min)

That is just sick
In total there are 5 death casualties, 10 severely wounded and about 60 light wounded

Now i understand my friends who just described it as "Horror and horror".

Also I saw very few people with wellies in that video, who goes to a music festival without wellies.
but what happened there, never been seen before, it was insane, total madness for 20 minutes
I work at a lot of festivals and I would never go to one without them (same for every single one of my colleagues). In fact at the last one I managed to leave them in my tent before starting an 8 hour shift. It started raining and I only had suede trainers on. There is nothing cool about having cold, wet feet for hours and you have to be cool a moron to attend a festival without some kind of wet weather footwear. That or you just enjoy gouty feet.
It's a festival, nobody gives a shit if you're wearing rubber boots, walking boots or flip flops.
But then again, I've never been to a festival so what would I know.
