Team Speedlink

Reason-Gaming
inFlux
Arguably the toughest of them all, Group D looks very, very competitive with H2k, Speedlink and Reason all looking in top shape. Reason could easily improve on their i30 performance where they took a map off Dignitas and another stellar set of performances from Blackmane could see them go far. H2k will look to impress on home soil and perhaps even get revenge on national rivals Serious for their grand finals defeat at Netgamez. The addition of Mitox and roEl really seems to have worked well for H2k and you could forgive them for coming into this event with high expectations. Their Dutch opponents in Group D, inFlux, could be in for a tough time and will be lucky to register a win here.
Speedlink are the team everyone will be watching here though, as the Germans debut their new lineup on lan following their return from inactivity. The fact that the first Crossfire PrizeFight Challenge was seen by many as "the beginning of the end" for the old Speedlink lineup will only server to motivate them further and the possibilities for grudge matches are endless should they make it to the playoffs. The motivation will certainly be there to take down Tek-9, the side who beat them at the EuroCup XIII lan finals and prised L-KinG away from them, and not to mention Dignitas, who beat them in a close final at CPC1. The Germans come into this event well prepared but although some people have forgotten the former Speedlink side's shocking performances at Milk and EC XIII you can be sure it will be floating through the minds of Trigger and his team as the event kicks off tomorrow.
