For those who are constantly tuned in to international Enemy Territory you've already noticed several suspicions around the portuguese national Enemy Territory team player's and a large number of people stating what they think it's very clear, several portuguese "top" players that have a strong impact in the national scene use cheats.
It was under this suspicion and conviction that a group of people got access to some special information.
In ways that really aren't relevant for this, information from Koto's computer was gathered and are enough to close this issue and prove he is guilty (this method has been disclosed to CB). This information is in form of msn logs, in-game screenshots and score screenshots in the end of every match he and his IP played.
At least since early April this year, Koto got access to 8 accounts of a netcoders private cheat and direct access to updates and even at an admin level to official information in the stated website cheat's developer.
Right from the start he delivered accounts to zen, kMt and onesoul. Firemaker, rohan, Zecatone, and Iur followed. Hitt also have a cracked cheat.

I decided not to translate this logs and to hide each user's email. This are file transfers that Koto made to the stated guys and that involved the private cracked cheat and some config to handle it.
What I consider even more cynical is the reunions they sometimes do after the matches where they discuss moves that were more obvious and ways they could explain it. Example:

I remember a conversation back then, with kMt. WE were playing a war versus him, and I got a little frustrated due to his unbelieveable kills. so I started whining "online only" and "nc.be is your friend, eh, kMt". This guy was pissed because of these comments and he told me he owned at CPC, he rocks at other lans, and he gave me a picture of him so i could remember at cpc3 who knocked me down to the floor.
He kept sayng he wasnt a hacker and he continuously said he owned at lan, and that he would see me in real and kill me.
Guess what, HE IS a hacker, HE IS online only, and prolly never coming to any LAN anymore! :d
furthermore, kmt used to be pretty decent before he started hacking. im sure he didnt play bad on lan, but that might've been because the competition sucked aswell. just because he won some lans and played ok on them it doesnt mean he cant start hacking after
true, its no reason to start cheating, but rly look at this clans and the people he has played with for the past 3 years, dont think he cheated at all rly
and the portugese lan is quite decent I think, they still have some good players
kMt always sucked, since rtcw. never got into the national team even tho he whined, and licked arses, and no matter what, to get into the best portuguese teams and ofcourse, the national team.
when he couldn't get into the national w:et team (again, trying since rtcw), he played in some nations cup for switzerland claiming he was half swiss, half portuguese. nice huh? ; )
portugal by then had a solid w:et team, with players from old 6sense team, (n)efastus, etc. and even tho it wasn't a top team, it was pretty solid imo.
then, the portuguese community voted for team captain again. and kmt ended up wining by 4 or 6 votes (from 300+ total), going from never have even played for a top portuguese team, not even the national team, to team captain, just because 13 year olds were convinced by his arrogance and voted for him.
untill now.
just for curiosity: kMt was kicked by PB some years ago, i think 5 or 6 months after w:et was released, on a public portuguese server for "multihack: wallhack|aimbot". he went on our community forums and bragged about it. never got a ban tbh.
i've played rtcw for many years, played against top teams, like .@ <3, lemmings, iN, even owned tosspot arse a couple of times : ) kMt never did.. sucks ;<
oh, and the one time they actually won something on Lan it was against mid- clans. all the top teams (6sense, nefastus) were already retired by then.
I knew koto hacked already, he became mystic skill in such a short time, any person could see that; kMt has a clan history in some decent teams, therefore he was alot less likely to be a cheater, and he consistently became better and better as time went by (if you've been around that long), therefore making it even less likely.
I think the exact words I said were I'm not sure about koto but i think zen and kmt are clean because they've been playing et since like the start or something and have always been fairly skilled.
And in the context of that situation, it was more directed towards some members of the UK team who kept making excuses because they lost to a team full of people they don't know.
I remember kMt owning me like hell on a random public some months ago; he kept on claiming, that he was clean... I accused him here on crossfire, in a recruitment post he made the day after, but he kept on claiming that he was clean.
he owned you on pub? omg do you know how stupid that sounds? you are aware that there people have the ability to be good in ET, perhaps even better than you? but I know, its totally unthinkable right?
btw, do you even play ET now? seems like you stopped playing 3 years ago or something...
It might be that it sounds stupid, but I do not get owned that like I did there, on public nor in clan wars...
The point is also that I felt that there was something wrong, this is something that comes with playing FPS for soon 10 years and ET for 4 years; it is a thing that I now have felt with 3 or 4 busted cheaters.
So please, mister cheater (no matter if you don't do anymore) I dare say something like that, because I can back it up...

If this guy has the entire logs, he can see that i talked to him sometimes, asking for example who spammed my cellphone before some matches. I knew that smth was wrong with some of them, but i hadnt nothing to work about. Im too busy to waste time with this :( komar and others knew about my suspicions but i had nothing to solve the "upgrade" mistery. Besides, i am spanish now!
for a ban yes, I couldnt care less ince I kinda doubt someone spent 100+ hours to create this to bust some guys who already have been target for cheating-discussions. :)
ok so I will make some fake msn logs and ask 5 mates to tag up as team croatia and take a screenshot with some pasted etbot spawntimers + other random stuff and you will be busted by noon tomorrow NP!!!
For me the site should ban you right away, you don't have the right to give your opinion at any cheat journal / news. And you'll never have some respect in ET even if you get better without cheats.

Try make some yourself like you said, you need the perfect group of targets which you wont find easily, then you need to make fucking tons of msn-conversations (its not like anyone would find this all to obvious if there was much less written conversation in the post). Then you need to fake some SSs to look like team portugal playing with hacks. Also if you made it on someone who wasnt cheating he would have an easy time proving you wrong since this is msn-conversations and SSs from games they've played.
*compare it to the perfo-case. The chance of someone doing something like this without them really cheating is less than 0.1% while the chance of perfo really had a brother who cheated was what? - 50% maybe? Look at people beeing caught for getting kicked for things that they might've gone from a new .cfg, look at those caught for a ppss - how to know it was really them playing? If you had to be 100% sure about everything not a single player would've been banned from any computer game up to this date.
Lmao, you realize that the screenshots look exactly like if you watch a demo with r_shownormals 0. Looking on Pb-screenshots of hackers, wallhacks always look like a real person behind a wall...
Msn conversation - yea, lot of work but, I'm not saying it isn't true, just not a proof for a big news post.
There is no explenation how he got all the stuff, why if he has been at his pc he couldnt just take screenshots of better proof, like all the netcoders transaction stuff etc.

I did read it however it doesn't give me the impression that there is much more proof as I can't think of many things which would proof something in this case and at the same time put more players into the spotlight.
well, this reminds me of one WC match where portugal played... maybe por vs ned? And I was on vent with some other guys, going to watch it... I said something like: the result depends on how port guys set their stuff and that the same goes for ned guys... and so we agreed that the team which sets it better will win.
Later on I was loling about kotos pure perfect movements and gamesense xD
It makes me really sad (i'm portuguese btw) to know that these guys are a shame to Portugal. But, don't call every portuguese a cheater. There are still plenty of "aid free players" out there.
huh. Anyway, eC4.et is taking a break and will be back @ middle-end of august to prepare CPC3 (with or without a new line-up, we don't know at the moment).
sad thing is the management kicks only 2 players, not the whole team. why should they be more carefully by chosing the next players for their upcomming lineup? bad decision ec4 imo...
there is a bit of difference between a completely clean team that Portugal faced, and was later found out to be using rivatuner in 1 scrim; and finding out that half a team have been using aimbots and wall hacks in officials.
Well when I heard those names , I thought like wtf ? impossible they have played LAN and are still playing on a high level but now team-por is also busted so I think my friends are right : )
6/7 of the community pretty much knew they were hacking, we were allways going on vent, watching team por matches, trying to guess when the bot is turned on and when not. :l

They were prolly very scared of getting busted so they had to focus a lot of their energy on hiding their hacks, and "holding back" so they wouldn't be so obvious.
i bet if u were in the same situation you would do the same or atleast a similar thing. That thing of "oh i would do X or Y" its pretty relative. As i said to marv in the other topic, we didnt have solid proofs to do any accusation and mixing that with the fact the the minority of us were clanless/inactive we were there just to play a bit of et, despising the "strange" acts.

it took us 4 weeks, we were close to stop playin at all, but we managed to get rid of our cheaters and rebuilded our reputation...

well, all this things are 'old news' , people from the w:et.pt 'old school' allways know what kind of person kMt and his group of friends where, they've been caught some times. I remember a conversation on ts when zen said he got banned and was trying to search for a solution to it, and i also got a portuguese ts record from a guy who used to play with them(don't play et anymore as far as i know), saying he was on the 'sapo' (portuguese server) and then was kicked with hardware ban advise etc.
Myself i don't play et since wow release, and therefore, i don't care at all of what is going on on the portuguese comunity, but seeing the name of Portugal among the piles of dirt hurts me :(

No, it's not legal. In one of the discussions about the cheatersbust by Fusen, it was said that in the EULA from ET it's said that without authorization things like that aren't allowed, and I doubt they got confirmation for that.
Besides, they are making a product and selling it so they have to pay taxes for that. Which they don't, so they are illegal I believe.
everybody should now that cheats/hacks are the e-sports doping so its illegal to sell or USE ( EVEN IF THERE IS NO ACTUAL LEGISLATION IN MOST COUNTRIES NOR LEAGUES )

As far as I know most hacks work by injecting stuff into the memory and if you do something like that you need to do reverse engineering, in order to find out where and what you need to inject; thus making it a violation of the EULA.
