t&e get Infused

image: Infused_logo

With the Crossfire Intel Challenge 7 right around the proverbial corner, today Team Infused welcomes yet another new game into their organisation as they prepare themselves for a large showing on the grounds of the WZZRD Gaming Centre in Enschede, Holland this coming March.

Joining their ranks will be the Enemy Territory team formerly known as trial&error, a side who have only recently completed their CIC7 line-up, but have been consistently showing strong, promising performances throughout their existence, and after extended talks with Lewis Hanlon, it became clear that both the team and ourselves at infused share a common goal, and we hope our management and support can aid their performance under the Team Infused banner.

Team Infused would like to proudly present their new Enemy Territory team:

United Kingdom Richard 'crumbs' Wright
United Kingdom Simon 'dictator' Thomas
Netherlands Harald 'Hope' Helder
United Kingdom Lewis 'MerlinatoR' Hanlon
Netherlands Wouter 'stib' Vogelzang

In the past period we have seen our fair share of the NC, including Expected wins, Surprises and Exciting games we are now up at the final stages of the Group stage, to decide who goes to the Play-Offs and who has to miss out. With that in mind we got a full Sunday schedule to serve to you.

GamesTV.org introduces onDemand playlists

image: 737_1264632178With the new and improved ondemand system in place and working, we're trying to improve it even more.
From now on every user has his own ondemand playlist, which is nothing else than a personal list of matches you'd like to watch - if you want to mark a match to watch it later, just add it.
But the playlists become especially interesting in connection with the subscriptions-feature:
You can subscribe to any league, team or event (top right corner of the item) which will highlight all those matches in the schedule. Nothing new so far. But in your 'My Settings > Notification' menu you can now enable automatic adding of those subscribed events to your playlist.
As soon as a new event you subscribed to in any form (league, team or event directly) becomes available for viewing on demand, it'll be added to your playlist and you'll be notified via sysmsg that a new match has been added.
The playlist is shown on every ondemand page and can easily be sorted via drag&drop.
You'll also see a new link in the 'my account' box below the link to your GBooky profile: 'My Playlist'. Whenever you hit it it will take you to the next unwatched replay in your playlist - if you don't have anything on your playlist yet it'll try to find you a nice match to start with.

I hope that makes the ondemand feature more attractive and easier to manage.

Regards, skooli

CIEC Groupstages Recap

image: ciec

Matchweek 3 of the CIEC groupstage is well on its way. This is an update for all the people who haven't checked ESL for a while. It's also a reminder for all teams to schedule your matches as soon as possible!

These are the biggest notable and upsetting results so far:image: s_foot
[0:4] - Benelux myRevenge FIF vs. Poland perception
[0:4] - Belgium oceans6 vs. France famas

[2:4] - United Kingdom trial&error vs. Belgium Nothing is Impossible
[0:4] - Germany Team reVeal vs. Belgium nkNn - angelDust

This week all the matches between the top seeds and the high seeds will be played. These matches are the most important ones as they mostly decide who will be in the top 8, and who won't.

rockit.ET adds Meez

The buildup for the ET's Top CIC7 hasn't gone to plan this season. Many teams have made controversial decisions that have resulted in a complete lineup collapse, whilst others have been completely unstable, bringing an almost fresh lineup to the table every other week.

Speaking of which, rockit.ET have been in a slight lineup muddle themselves over the past month. Finnish superstar Finland Matias left the Germany rockit.ET team for a place at United States of America Blight Gaming, whilst Finland olBaa's uncertain LAN attendance has resulted in him leaving the team and rejoining within a matter of days. Latvia Clown was quick to snatch the Italian rifle legend Italy XyloS as an arguably "better" replacement.image: picture-13However, Finland olBaa has finally decided to leave the Germany rockit.ET team as his uncertain LAN attendance has gotten the better of him. Germany rockit.ET were quick to their feet once again and grabbed the highly ranked UK star United Kingdom Meez to add another powerful aimer to their lineup, alongside the Belgian rager Belgium mAus.

Germany rockit is hosting a show match for their ET team next week, where you can watch their new lineup in action against Europe Phantom eSports

After losing 2-1 last season, can [5] turn it around and get revenge or will [WHP] retain their title and bag the Check-Six Sponsorship?
