The objective conclusion is that 
Jo0f is a doubtful player and that he should be monitored well in order to find out whether he is actually cheating or not since we lack waterproof evidence.
My personal conclusion on the other hand, and I welcome you to tackle me on this one, is a bit different. There is no way that a player who was half decent on CDC4 changes into a seemingly very intelligent player some weeks later who plays as if he’s been part of the top for years. Some of the clips were hoaxes yes, but others were somewhere in between hard to explain, and impossible to explain. My personal opinion is that Jo0f’s simply fooling our failing anti cheat-system.

and I also think (not sure again) that joof and vanquish got to know each other due to me because I brought vanquish to fif, where as joof was already a long time in fif (one year?)
btw: I brought vanquish to fif because mentiz stopped because of cdc4 cheaterrules, and because i knew vanquish wasnt hacking anymore and he was quite skille, i took him to fif (vanquish did really confirm at cdc4 and joof did also imo)
EDIT: oh yes, now i remember that joof played in mentiz. When mentiz needed one last member for cdc4, they tested joof a few times. He played 10 pracs max and then mentiz folded. So lets say he was a trial there, but he wasn't a real player there and right after mentiz foled me vanq and joof went to FiF for playing cdc qualys (which we won both) and went to cdc4
(sorry for not noting the link between mentiz and joof at first, but I rememberd now :p)
& if killerboy tries to bust you, I'll come to your place and record live (!) a game from you :D
And about the Mentiz error, I only checked his clanbase and crossfire profiles and from there I learned he atleast had a connection with them, didn't know he was only a trial.

well conclusion about joof's 'cheat-links here':
* link joof<=>mentiz: he was trial for one week or someting, but never added to clanbase (if so, give link, I dont think he was added on cb, only on crossfire) he only played some pracs, no offis or something and I dont think joof feels or felt very related to most guys playing there
*link joof<=>vanquish: while joof trialed, I think vanquish played also at that time, not sure though, but they werent really close friends or something. FiF and me are the link between the 2 I think. Jo0f also only knew vanquish after vanq already stopped cheating.
*links joof<=>skeiz/slajdan/Randori/Fanta: none of them ever played one prac/war with joof I think, so no link at all

btw: I want to thank you for trying to be objective (altough this is very difficult) and I appreciate your effort. History wasn't your best page, but yeah, everyone makes mistakes.
he should be monitored? that won't do anything, he will simply stop knowing where opponents are, at least that is not hard
and he won't get a massive skilldrop also since he's not crap, he has a somewhat decent aim
if he doesn't get banned now he won't get banned (i doubt he is so stupid to make the same "mistakes" again)
The only one where the cheat is obvious is the nr. 5 superslow there is no explanation for me on that one.

You're totally wrong there, I never played with known (ex)cheaters accept for vanquish. But he joined FiF in the weeks before cdc and I was convinced he was clean then, which he proofed on lan.
And my history goes way more back then that.. I've been playing since the ET demo came out, played like a year in a funclan then took a break and came back sept 2005 to play actively (even played rtcw before all this). I then joined renegade's (&rayman's) clan #lork.et which evolved into FiF later on. I guess I'm not much of a clanhopper :p... except for some 2 week side-clans.
Only thing I will say about cheats: I never had them (who can say that in this community :D) or will have them on my pc. I hate hackers and It's just sad the ET community got this far with being paranoid about every player that can aim and isn't to known in the skilled et scene.

just spec him... his nades are terrible, almost always mistimed or thrown incorrectly, his movement is so bad i think i can move better with one hand, and he is constantly bumping into walls which he shouldn't
he is far from an intelligent player, which is what makes him so suspicious :E
well written though, the majority of arguments in the joof case seem to be 'LOL HAHAHA NOOBS' coming from pretty much both sides of the fence, so it's a breath of fresh air

and he has just to0 much of those actions in one match, you can make 30 joof.avi's from 1 FiF match. Maybe it's just betetr to watch the demo :P

he seems to have pretty decent aim (far from botactions). About wallhack... ppl calling his playing style non-intelligent. well, imo that says enough.. usually ppl gets advantage ingame while using wallhack ( like mize back in the old days ). So kinda weird if he uses wallhack and still out like a snowman? he's clean.

The thing that makes him suspicious is because the community thinks his skill came suddenly outta nowhere. He is for 2 years now in fif and improved together with fif.
1 year ago everybody was laughing with the skill from fif although now half of the players are still the same as we have now.
Its just hilarious to see that half of the community is like fanboying inactive highskilled players like mAus and when they shoot hs's its like'WTF HE IS GOOD omg !' And when an active player, who improves in an active team, does the same its ' hi cheater' .
but if I get all your demo's from last half year , I would also be able to find some actions where you have your crosshair on the enemy through the wall with r_shownormals 1
