After 2 months of inactivity dued to christmas vacation and the decision by Clanbase crew to dont let our clan play in last season, team VagrantS is finally back. We made two main changes after the departure, dued to real life, of one of our best players H4nS.

The first news is bLiz, that is back after his russian experience, and the second is XyLoS. Him, after the departure from idkfa, decided to join us and make a great season. He is gonna play with smg this time and i'm sure he will show us some great shots!

The ETpro-team released the latest official version of their competition mod last night.

Version 3.2.5 fixes the damagefalloff bug, where shooting someone long-range did less damage then it should do. Furthermore ETpro Lua was updated to the latest development version.

- b_realhead now defaults to 1 (enabled)

- latest development version of ETpro lua (it includes all changes from snapshot 1, snapshot 2, and snapshot 3)

There is only one division in the whole cup and only the best 2 of each group will continue to the playoffs with double elemination.

If the cup is full, you can message an admin in #esl.et to get on the waiting list.

Prizes: Next to the stupid ESL Premium Accs, we still try to get some hardwaresupport by esl and to find some sponsors for Gameserver, Voice or BNC stuff.

New players for your team: You can add players during the whole cup, but its important to submit theire ETPro GUIDs and, if u get a new player during the cup, he is barred for 10 days. If the opponent agrees, you can let him play (use comments for those questions or make screenshots).

Multiple player accounts: Those are not allowed in the ESL, if u signed up a long time ago, try to find your account by searching ICQ or IRC Channel and message an admin if u forgot your password.

Team Logo: If you need a small Logo, you can search someone, who makes it for you, or if you play in an mgc, they maybe have some stuff for you. You need a Team Logo to signup your clan.

Eurocup XII is drawing to a close and with 3 teams left we prepare to say goodbye to one of the two teams who were at this stage last season!

Rewind back one season and be very selective in your memory of squad names and this is a repeat of last seasons fixture where then u96d were on an unthinkable path that would finish in a Hotel in dallas! Everything was bigger in texas, and idle's reputation and fear factor has certainly shrunk since then and now they face a more finnish looking god than they did last season!

Gods.Inc once german now finnish and hungarian are on paper in pole position for this tie, the former negative image team who have successfully turned hype into reality are knocking on historys door, the question is when will the door be opened? Gods can boast a map victory over uQ earlier this week in the winners bracket final, and must be hoping that they can convert that into 2 maps over a team who at one point could be accused of living off their own success! But is that the case now? Who wants to bet against Eurocup and Quakecon winners? This is going to be a close one!

Prediction:

There is a romantic affair going on with idle and enemy teritory, as much as they've tried to forget it there is an undeniable aura about the name idle and our beloved ET. Tina Turner famously sang, Whats Love got to do with it? Well, when love is a roster that consists 1 Quakecon winner, 1 Quakecon bronze medalist, 2 Eurocup winners, 2 Eurocup bronze medalists and a crazy dutchman its got a whole lot to do with the problems that Gods are going to face. Gods are a team brimming with potential and time is running out for them to become anything more than nearly men of ET. Never before has a Finn-Hungario relationship looked so good, but does it offer the resolve capable of taking down players who will be unphased by the occasion?
I think not, as epic a contest as this will be, experience is golden and our beloved Tina Turner sang simply the best with just one estonian team in mind!

After 6 months (or so) of inactivity we have decided to reform for the mere fun of playing, no seriousness, most of us will still be playing for other clans, call it idiocy, call it stupidity but we miss each others company and wish to play together again at a super high level!

With the legend that is DMD AzA and the 141 star Mztik, with Aaron "2 weeks" Mason aka. never aka. Zaf aka. fjor. aka 'tomorrowsnickname'. Throw in an emotionally challenged child known as confo, a desperate housewife called mize and last of all the very concerning young boy, bezki, who appears to be putting on 2 stone everyday...

With a few backups in the form of the erotic pornstar Option, the left boob known as Bah and the squeek machine we call Meez!

We are going to take #ET-Cup and not to mention the globe, by storm! With stunning performances, comic mistakes and general good times! (confo's call...)

Its time for another one-day ET-Cup, hosted by the get-liga.
For this time we will take 2 maps for the final ( check xfire poll http://www.xfire.be/?x=poll&mode=item&id=266 ).
We will decide the new map the next days. The other maps will be the same like at the last cup.
You can signup your team from now till Sunday, 29.01.2006, 13:45cet.
To make sure that your team will take part at the cup you have to check-in at the cuppage ( need to be logged in ) where you can click the "check-in" link from 13:50cet till 14:50cet. If that doesnt work msg me on IRC ( #get-liga )
You can checkin your team from 13:50cet till 14:50cet and at 15cet we will announce the grid.

Slowly but surely the team who boast 2 Quakecon medal positions are creeping their way towards another medal!

When idle were reformed with half of the rA roster, in rather controversial circumstances they were not given two hopes of winning Eurocup. When idle were thrown into the losers bracket by uQ they were not given two hopes of winning Eurocup.

However, victories over 141 and IDKFA has seen the team grow in terms of a credible threat to the current reign of finnish supremacy. But wait, is this not the same scenario we saw last season? The team who crawled through their group, in third place, then dumped into the losers bracket by parodia. To repeat a trait of last season there is a new face in their roster, one we've saw added well into last season...enter Ferus of Saevus fame!

Thats right, the lovable swede is back, and are idle now back in business? I caught up with Night to get the lowdown on ferus and whether Idle can win Eurocup!

Over the course of 3 days, #ET-Cup help you to recover from the weekend by putting on what should be a very entertaining "short" 6v6 cup. It is of course not our 'main event': the traditional ET-Cup style with a greater variety of custom maps, more teams & more coverage will be coming soon!

This is to celebrate our recent partnership with #UltimateQuest who are providing us with 2 excellent ETTV compatible servers for use in cup competitions.

The event kicks off with the first 2 rounds on Sunday, and the semi-finals + final on Monday. This allows 16 teams to participate, in what is a straight knockout.
