The South East of Europe have proven to be 2 different worlds in terms of skill. On one side there are the known and strong nations such as Slovenia and Croatia, while on the other side you have the newer and inexperienced teams of Romania and Greece. In between is the experienced Hungary to make up the balance. Most countries have a clear goal in mind and that is to reach as far as they can under 1 captain and they dont require much voting. The only exception is Slovenia, where every player seems to try and get a go at being team captain!
Yet another small country, but an astonishing number of sign ups. A grand total of 10 applicants wanting to lead their team to victory, Slovenia can build on a good reputation with known and skilled players having played for the nation. With those players starting to retire though, it's up to the new captains to try an give the nation a new impulse.

Playing for a while now in the past NC's, Croatia managed to make a name for themselves in the scene. Starting out as a reasonable underdog, they went on to win the
place in NC XII. With some players retiring the question will now be whether that 1 applicant can make sure that Croatia stay on top of their game..

Hungary have, as many nations a proud history in the NC. Their best achievement and only was a
place at the NC VIII after which they seemed to dissappear from the podium stage. With that time long and gone, new players have risen up in the country and it's time to see if the new captain can form a podium winning team out of those players!

Relative new on the NC scene, Romania is trying to go along with the games this season as well. With a group of motivated players it is up to the captain to send them in the right direction and see if they can get any further then last season.

As an answer to the first point, I see me as a team organizer, not as a player. If needed, I could also play, but I believe that by trying to do both things, and by trying to do both good, I will fail to do them, so I choose to just be the manager. - What is the main goal you want to reach with your team/country?
My main goal for Team Romania is to get through the group stage. It would be an incredible achievement for my country. - What are your ideas regarding your country's Line Up?
Recently, I have organised an ODC in my country, and I had more than 24 players playing in that cup. That's why, my line-up is based on their activity in this cup but also on their activity and experience in the last NC's. I also think that with this line-up I have achieved a minimum med skill for Team Romania, and a nice and active team to compete with.
My main line-up is: Faky, R00NNY, mili, eujen, Luci. Backups: stg, zal, lover, Bo_Bo. Vote!
Greece is a small ET nation, mostly known for having diffilculties getting proper pool of players together and set the right performance in an NC. The question for this season will be if the new captain can make a change in that line.

My role as team captain it will be to organize practise days and create team tactics and i ll play in team also. - What is the main goal you want to reach with your team/country?
We dont have a main goal with my team at this NC cause the most of our players was inactive so we ll be happy to play some matches together in a decent level and maybe win some of them. - What are your ideas regarding your country's Line Up?
Well i havent finished full lu but i have in mind exept me, alexander as rifle (we played also together at cc5) phalanx and xanthos till now and i will find the next days 1-2 players more to complete line up.
Selection is based first of all on activity skill and ofc they ll must be players who know them very much and we have played many times together. Vote!

As for team NL, has to be Lightning or xperia. Lightning because of his experience and xperia because he convinced me to be a good captain as well in his story! Good luck.
