What makes a good admin and what defines an admin?

These are questions that I will try to find an answer to within this column. I would like to strengthen the fact that this column will include a lot of my personal opinions and views.

Not anyone is fit for the position as an admin. It can be a matter of interest of course, but not everyone would put themselves in that position with many eyes watching their every move and judging every decision made.
